Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort offers seven versatile and beautifully designed areas to host your wedding events.
Our premier Wedding venue, The Shorehouse, is an oceanside open-air, covered pavilion. It features expansive, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and flexible space for both ceremony and reception. The Shorehouse offers private beach access for a simple transition from a beach ceremony. The Shorehouse can accommodate up to 250 guests. The automated enclosures and wood-burning fireplace allow for comfortable events in all seasons.
The Palmetto Ballroom is a 4,000-square-foot indoor venue. It features large windows, beautiful chandeliers, and an adjacent covered outdoor terrace so your guests can enjoy a bit of the outdoors as well. The Palmetto Ballroom can accommodate approximately 250 guests for a dinner reception.
The Ocean Deck/Breeze Bar is ideal for smaller, intimate events of up to 60 guests. This oceanside venue offers expansive views of the ocean, and beach access is just beside the deck for your Wedding ceremony directly on the sand. Firepits and Adirondack chairs for relaxing on the oceanside complement this venue and enhance your perfect casual beachfront affair.
Our River Rooms are the perfect choice if you desire an indoor space for your smaller, intimate wedding. The rooms can be configured to 1,000 or 2,000 square feet to meet your needs. They feature natural light from the attached Carolina rooms, where guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The River Rooms can accommodate up to 100 guests.
The Courtyard is located in the center of the resort and is surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery. It is steps from the ocean and features a large fire pit. This venue is wonderfully suited for your Welcome Reception, Cocktail Hour, or even a farewell brunch. The Courtyard can accommodate 150 guests.
The Palmetto Deck and Lawn features comfortable seating, fire pits, and a covered deck. The space can accommodate up to 150 guests and offers versatility for all types of events, from wedding receptions to rehearsal dinners and welcome receptions.

We held our ceremony on the beach followed by cocktail hour and dinner and dancing at the Shorehouse. Everything turned out so beautiful, and the food was delicious!
Alison Ward was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Her experience and expertise helped answer all my questions and ensure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding.
You can’t beat the location! The ocean views were incredible, and it was so nice to have our family and friends all stay at the Omni and be able to easily walk to our wedding weekend festivities.
I highly recommend booking your wedding at the Omni, and we can’t wait to return for an anniversary!
