This review is something I must do to help any future bride or groom. Do NOT retain OMI events or Blessing for your wedding. Let me start with the fact that this vendor knew of my wedding as early as May and my wedding was in the first week of October, but decided to go on a vacation the week before my wedding to return 2 days prior. I don’t think this would have been as much an issue if she had properly planned all the details of the wedding per our agreement to give her ample time upon return to be able to deliver a great job. From the beginning of our conversations we asked for an itemized invoice but she insisted that she could not breakdown cost and just gave a ballpark cost for what we discussed with her that we needed. Long story short, I literally cried on my wedding day because of her. First she put large pedestals on the aisle knowing that the aisle was not so big even the church said they warned her but she wouldn’t listen. As I walked down everything fell off - so embarrassing. She came so late to the ceremony I couldn’t get my bouquet in time to take pre wedding pictures with. At the reception that was supposed to start at 6pm, at 6:30pm she was still decorating and setting up tables. The dance floor she did, omg all the lettering was peeled off halfway into the event. The worse part, she didn’t deliver on every item per our agreement, after the wedding when I asked for a refund for service not provided, she decided to then determine the value of what was not provided and costed it at $50 per item for refund as was convenient for her. When I insisted that this was wrong and unfair her response “see you in court”.

Please save yourself the hassle. I can’t detail everything cos there just isn’t enough space to write. She went behind my back to use my rental service for items without telling us. We ask for demo of what the table set up will look like several times she never sent one picture, no surprise on the day of the wedding it was the most basic decor I’ve ever seen in my life. No candles as promised, no tall flower set up just small flower bunch, only one on each table. I’m so upset but I decided to move on from this cos it doesn’t help to keep the hurt alive. Just take your business somewhere else because this woman and her team are the perfect depiction of over promise under deliver with some insult on top.
