PASSION FOR EVENTS: Creating, planning, and managing memorable events has long been my passion. I was fortunate enough to learn and practice my skills and build my knowledge and expertise while working at some of the best-known Silicon Valley companies. I have demonstrated experience of putting on uniquely successful events that are enjoyed and remembered fondly by the attendees.

LOVE FOR WEDDINGS: I started Olivia Grace Events out of a passion for helping couples make their wedding everything they dreamed of without any of the stress. I have the ability to help plan weddings that meet a couple’s budget parameters while consistently delivering an experience that surpasses expectations. I have a deep understanding of the details, the logistics, and the emotional factors that all lead to the dream wedding. My own wedding (that I planned) was featured on Style Me Pretty.

OFFICIAL BUSINESS: I earned my BA from the University of California, Irvine and obtained my MBA in management from Boston College. I started my career in developing and executing marketing plans in the luxury residential real estate industry. I then worked for Sequoia Capital, a top-tier venture firm in Menlo Park. My career has offered opportunities to plan and manage a wide variety of events. I look forward to helping you plan your next event!

Michelle Lucker- Wedding Coordinator

Michelle is absolutely lovely, and pays immense attention to detail. the week of our wedding PG&E advised the venue may lose power. When I called Michelle (in a panic) she had already contacted vendors about their power needs and located generators without prompting. We didn’t end up losing power, but Michelle drafting a Plan B meant the world to me. She’s incredibly thoughtful. I don’t have enough nice things to say. It was an absolute joy to work with her.

The Best in Value, Service, and Ability - No Need to Search Further!

Michelle is AMAZING! If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch, and look perfect, you must use Olivia Grace Events. Unlike other planners, Michelle has extreme attention to detail, excellent ability to multi-task, and a breadth of experience in the area. One of the most important things about a planner (which you will find once in the wedding planning process) is the need for quick response times and organizational skills. So many of your vendors will drop the ball. Michelle will be there to pick it up and make sure you don't even notice it was dropped. I did not want to be bothered or worry about anything on my wedding day, and Michelle made sure that happened. Flawless coordination; don't even waste your time emailing other planners (unless you want to see how bad they are LOL!).

Phenomenal Experience!

Michelle is the best! She is organized, knowledgeable, creative and the utmost professional. Not only does she know how to "run the show" when things are going smoothly but she knows how to handle the completely unexpected and make it perfect. Our gorgeous outdoor venue was rained out the day before the wedding. MIchelle took the reins and turned a frumpy alternate space into a magical masterpiece that took your breath away and wowed the bride and groom beyond their imagination. I can't speak highly enough of Michelle's talent. Her grace under pressure is the icing on the cake!

Best planner EVER!

Michelle is the most amazing event planner. For over a year, Michelle guided my wife-to-be and I through the wedding process. She was at every vendor appointment, coordinated with the venue, and helped outline necessary tasks with a schedule and timeline. Not only did she coordinate the wedding itself, she also planned the welcome party and post wedding brunch. She was there for us whenever we needed her by phone/text/email and would respond at a moments notice.

My wife and I got married in May of 2019 in Napa. Of course it decided to rain on our wedding day (in May...). After a year of perfectly timing out and coordinating an outdoor wedding, Michelle had to make a 180 turn and make everything happen indoors. Lucky for us, we were worry free (for the most part) as we knew Michelle would make it perfect, and that she did.

My wedding weekend was by far the most fun I have ever had, and I attribute that to Michelle Lücker.

Review and Compliments to Michelle!!

We worked with Michelle in planning our March 9, 2019 wedding. As bride you tend to be nervous, pushy and a real pain. Michelle was so helpful, responsive and efficient. She has great ideas and really takes care of business. She calmed me downl so many times. Michelle kept us on tract without being pushy. She made gentle suggestions and did not get upset if it was not what we wanted. She is also very funny and we had a great time planning with her. On the day of my wedding she arrived early in the morning and stayed by me the whole time while making sure every detail was carefully planned. The wedding was perfect, note even one snafu if there was we did not know!!! I could not have had this day be as PERFECT as it was without her. I highly recommend Michelle. She's amazing!!!

Olivia Grace Events is a lifesaver!

Michelle is amazing! I hired her to help plan and organize a baby shower for 50 people. The baby shower was for my best friend and I wanted all of the details to be personal and special. Unfortunately, I have two small children and am a full time nursing student. I did not have the time or energy needed to pull the party off myself. I also live three hours away from the venue. Michelle took my ideas and turned them into the most beautiful shower. She guided me through the invitation process all the way to table design and napkin ties. I cannot count how many people complimented me at the shower on how beautiful, creative and classy the presentation was. I could not have done this without her. She went above and beyond. I cannot wait to have another party so I can hire her again!

Michelle is amazing!!

A true professional in every sense of the word. She is kind, smart, organized, flexible and fun! She is a great listener and and excellent communicator. She works hard to create a dream event for her client. Because of Michelle's attention to detail and commitment to her work, our daughter had the most incredible and enjoyable wedding. Michelle took care of everything so our daughter and our family could enjoy every minute without worrying about one thing! She's one of kind and you won't be disappointed!

A+ Service!

I hired Michelle as my day-of wedding coordinator with some additional help in the months leading up to the big day, and she is a great mix of professional, fun and down to earth. When I needed ideas she had great ones, and when I was stressed out she really listened to my needs and concerns and focused on addressing those issues rather than pushing her own agenda. On my wedding day she was extremely well prepared with contact lists, timelines, diagrams of where all the decor would go, etc. I am an executive assistant and I plan events as part of my job, so I have very high standards and sometimes hesitate to let go of control and trust someone else will do it right. With Michelle I had 100% confidence and was able to completely let go and enjoy the day while knowing she was handling everything - and she did! I would recommend Olivia Grace Events in a heartbeat!

Above and beyond Wedding Day Coordinator! Couldn't have imagined our day without Michelle!

Michelle was such a life saver on my wedding day and even before my wedding day! She was hired as just a day of coordinator, but Michelle went above and beyond and came with me to my venue that was across the bay, multiple times to meet various vendors and she also was there to help with the rehearsal. She helped set up various tables for decor the day of and she helped make sure that everything was on time and running smoothly. Our wedding day went on without a hitch and we couldn't have done it without Olivia Grace Events! Thank you Michelle!
