I am so happy I found Brandi to do our Engagement/Wedding Photos.
I had been searching for a photographer which felt like forever, then I saw her photos and they just looked so genuine. You can really see the love captured in all of her photos.
After talking to Brandi about our crazy idea for a wedding, she was aestatic and excited for our theme which made me want to hire her. (where others didn't even want to touch it)
We had a Gothic/Medieval Winter Wedding with an outdoor ceremony. Brandi and her team layered up and tackle it like champs. (I promise, they weren't outside for long) She is super sweet and so eager to go the extra mile. She captured our magical day to perfection! I wouldn't recommend anyone else but her. She will be my "Go To" for any photoshoots in the future. 🖤❄️🖤 Thanks Again Brandi!

Brandi was amazing on our wedding day and her photographers who were helping out were also so amazing! She made it all about us and asked us what we wanted to feel comfortable! We got amazing sneak peaks the next morning as well which was perfect! I would recommend her over and over and over again to anyone who is looking the most perfect engagement and wedding photos! She is so talented! She definitely captured the mood and atmosphere of our wedding day and I love that it shows through the pictures she took!

Brandi did such a wonderful job with our wedding photos, the pictures turned out so beautiful and we got them back very quickly! She was so friendly and professional, we got compliments all night on how great she was! She is definitely someone you want to be there with you on your special day!

We just received our wedding photos back from our October wedding in Frederick, MD and are absolutely in love!! From our engagement session to our wedding, each photographer we worked with was fantastic and managed to capture the magic and emotions of each day perfectly. On top of that, the editing of each photo was done so beautifully! The photos are soft yet colors are vibrant, and I just can't say enough good things about Brandi and her fabulous team!

The ONLY thing I will say is that communication could have been a bit better. For our engagement shoot, we were told last minute that the individual we thought would be taking our photos had changed. We ended up loving them and their work though, and they were supposed to be the lead photographer for the wedding which we were happy with. Close to the wedding, I checked in to see who the 2nd photographer would be, and was told the lead photographer we were expecting was no longer with the company. Again, both photographers ended up being amazing, but I would have appreciated being told of the change prior to me reaching out and inquiring. Lastly, our photos were late due to server issues which were causing very slow uploads. That alone wasn't a huge issue, but I wasn't notified about what was going on until I followed up the following day.

All of that being said, aside from the few issues with communication, each photographer we worked with was wildly talented and such a joy to be around. All of that paired with the gorgeous finished products we received more than made up for the minor issue we experienced with receiving updates and we will be forever grateful!

Hiring Oh Snap is the biggest regret of our wedding, and frankly, a nightmare to work with. I tried to amicably debrief w/Brandi to explain the (literal) dozens of issues we had w/photography, but strangely, she refused to take accountability or even acknowledge a single one. Instead, she was dismissive, manipulative, combative, & rude, and she constantly shifted blame, gaslit me, deflected, had excuses, & when I brought up facts (w/receipts & evidence) re: things she could not logically refute, she just ignored them. She stalked my social media for guests who might counter our negative experience, which is SO inappropriate.

While planning w/her, she was typically pleasant, but I see now she's a whole different person when you express issues/criticism. As for our planning together, she's NOT the most organized, on time, professional, reliable, or clear in her communications. She stood me up on occasion, was confusing in her responses, took a long while to get back to me, didn't keep me up-to-date, constantly mischeduled times, didn't take proper meeting notes, forgot things she agreed to, & even getting a clear & current contract was an ordeal.

As for the wedding itself—ugh, the word limit on here doesn't allow me to fit it all & certainly not in specifics, so I can only give a general rundown that barely scratches the surface:

Firstly, Brandi replaced herself as lead shooter last min & didn't notify us of the change, so we were met w/a stranger on wedding morning. Neither the lead nor 2nd shooter had any familiarity w/the many materials, notes, documents, requests, priorities, & instructions I'd spent months working on & communicating to Brandi. After all that time & effort, it was as if none of it existed come wedding day. Neither shooter referred to our timeline or shot list even once. As such, hardly any of our requested shots were covered & our timeline was completely ignored; hence we missed several significant portions of our wedding that we had expressed were a huge priority & we were promised we'd make, incl. private 1st reveal of the spaces/reaction photos & our entire cocktail hour (missed it ALL solely due to the photog team— and never even got to see it later as they got ZERO photos of cocktail hour).

Countless events were bungled, skipped, or mishandled in some major way: both g'men & bridesmaids portraits, wedding party & VIP pics, cake cutting, golden hour shots, flat lays, table visit pics, my solo shots, couple portraits, all items I purchased for photography purposes, etc. I can explain in detail exactly how they carelessly botched each of these, but again I don't have the space here.

The photo gallery was surprisingly bad overall, esp. for what we paid. We like mayyybe 20%, and the rest is mediocre at best, plain awful at worst. Many portraits are awkward, cold, off-balance, poorly posed, poorly framed, lighting is bad, background is noisy, composition is terrible, subjects have eyes closed, hair is blocking someone's face, or they're making a weird face, clutter is in the frame of many, etc. Flat lays are so shockingly bad, it'd be comical if it weren't so disappointing. The photos we got look NOTHING like what Oh Snap advertises.

We wasted many months (I'd been planning my wedding in some form for years), many thousands of $$$, and so much energy on Oh Snap, and I'd give anything to go back & choose differently. They are not a company that values integrity, professionalism, customer service, or expertise!
