John Hooker did my blow out the day before my wedding and it came out beautiful. I had a wonderful experience and he made me feel calm and relaxed before my big day. I highly recommend him for any event!

Wonderful place they did a great job on both my hair and makeup for my wedding.

I had my bridal hair and makeup session the day of my wedding in key west. I was nervous when I walked in, but the staff all made me feel more at ease. Eric did a fantastic job on my hair and he was very kind and fun to work with! Elena did my makeup and she was wonderful, I have dark under eye circles and hyperpigmentation, and she made it all seem to go away! I am very happy with the services provided and I would recommend them to anyone visiting Key West for a wedding or for other services. Plus the place smells great as you walk in the door!

My mother-in-law, step-daughter, niece and I walked in for pedicures the morning of my beach wedding, and everyone was so amazing that I booked an appointment for my wedding makeup later that day. My husband even came with and got a massage while I was airbrushed. My makeup was amazing and lasted all night, and the artist even helped me fix my wedding hair on the spot. Talk about customer service! We can't wait to go back when we next visit the Keys. Amazing. You guys rock!

Ocean Wellness Spa and Salon did my hair, makeup, nails and various combinations for other relatives. The quality of work was exceptional and we had a lot of fun at the salon too. Michael helped to organize everything, coordinating appointments and arranging for snacks / drinks. He was extremely helpful and flexible, even when I needed to change treatments and number of people at the last minute. I would highly recommend Ocean Wellness for wedding parties or general spa / salon treatments.

I came to Key West to get married, so my intent was to have my nails and spa day once I arrived there; however, this was a bit of a mistake! Key West is a pricey place to have your nails done, which is something I should have considered - with it being a tourist town. Nevertheless, Ocean Wellness Spa was much more affordable and had fantastic service, especially when comparing to other spas in the area. Diane here was fantastic! I got the ocean mani/pedi with shellac polish. She did a great job making sure I was relaxed, and that I was comfortable. She was very willing to let me pick out my nail polish, even when I chose a red polish with ombre tips. She was thorough and made me feel very relaxed. There was no rush, there was good conversation during the process, my nails look awesome, and my skin feels wonderful!

I booked my bridemaids and Mum in here for nails the day before the wedding and hair day of the wedding. As any bride will know with everything you are trying to plan before the day and then trying to get answers from your bridesmaids and family on what appoinments they want is hard. Especially when you are doing a destination wedding. I booked our appoinments here because we were all staying at the Merlin Guesthouse and this was only a block away. When we showed up for our nails, they had to send my sister somewhere else because they couldnt do a repaint on fake nails (which I had asked about over the phone before hand). I was one of the first in the party to get my nails done, they were a disaster and finally my family spoke up for me and asked to have them redone. One of my bridemaids who was the last to be done spoke with Charles at the front desk to let him know that it was pretty bad that the bride was having such issues and that since I was very laid back I wouldnt say anything to them and that they should pay for my nails. After being at the spa for 4 hours, I was finally done, Charles came to speak with me and let me know that they would cover the second set of nails and I could cover the first set. I was shocked. My sister and I walked out and couldnt believe what had just happened. The worse part about it all was now I had to go back the next day for my day of hair. I am writing this review because I want to let other people know about my experiance there. I would not go back there. I think if they had covered the cost of my nails which was $50.00 for a gel manicure only and apologized for the poor experiance I wouldnt have left a review at all. While I am sure many people have had a great experiance here, I unfortunatley did not and the whole thing added unessary stress on this very laid back bride.
