The owner had someone fill in for her and the lady screwed up my order for a custom WEDDING CAKE topper! First the order was due for Thursday, I had to message them to get my pickup confirmation on Friday!. Secondly she didnt know the prices and the owner told her she overcharged me! Third the topper is tiny and not grand like the picture given. They inititially charged me $45. I assumed that was for a large topper because it is similar (nothing is $45 on the website) pricing to the custom toppers on their website. They charged me $35 for a 3.5-4 inch initial topper!!!. Then she made a smart comment and said thank you for bringing the pricing on the website to my attention, we probably need to raise our prices. I was taken advantage of and I am very dissapointed that I have to present a $600 wedding cake with a subpar topper! Very bad business!!!
