Here’s why you’ll love it here: We’ve got 4 amazing accommodations for up to 29 guests, so your closest family and friends can stay close and enjoy the whole weekend together. Plus, our extensive decor room is stocked with everything you could need to customize your look, from chic centerpieces to statement pieces that make your day truly yours.
Worried about the details? Don’t be! We offer in-house wedding planning services to help you every step of the way, from the first "yes" to the final dance. And, to make sure you’re not rushing on the big day, we dedicate Fridays just for you to set up, giving you all the time you need to get everything perfect—without the stress.
ACCOMADATIONS
Oakhaven provides 4 onsite accomadations for wedding parties, family and friends to enjoy!
•The Manor House, which dates back to the 1930's, will sleep up to 13. The perfect place for you and your wedding party to stay the night before the big day! With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, bridal dressing room and 2 sunrooms perfect for hair + makeup you can't go wrong with this gorgeous home!
•The Bungalow is the perfect place for out of town guests to come and stay. Maybe a grandparent, aunt and uncle or even a close family friend, this home provides 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and a safty ramp for those who may need it.
•Woodrows Cabin is located across the street from Oakhaven and is the place you can find the groomsmen! With 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 bathrooms, this cabin can sleep up to 7 guests.
•The Cottage is our newest accomadation and it is the cutest! Our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom "honeymoon cottage", is the perfect place for couples to slip away to after the party has ended. Located across the field from Oakhaven it is the easiest wedding night stay you'll find. The cottage has a full kitchen, flat screen tv and comes with complimentary breakfast bread and a bottle of champagne.
The Manor House is included in all wedding packages for DAY OF GETTING READY. All overnight accomadations must be reserved and added to your package.
CEREMONY SITES
Ceremonies are all individual and unique. We have 3 ceremony sites that couples can choose from:
- The Manor Gardens is one of our favorite ceremony locations. With lush green grass, colorful florals and a stonewalk way that leads to a gazebo, this site is perfect for that romantic garden feel.
- The Oak Tree is our most popular ceremony location choice. Couples love our 100 year old oak tree and we can't say that we blame them! Providing ample shade during the summer months and old church pews for seating this ceremony site is breathtaking.
- Oakhaven's Grand Dutch Reception Hall is built from wood in Montana and is the heart of our venue. Perfect for winter weddings or even summer weddings (we are heated and cooled!) You can't go wrong with this indoor ceremony spot! This is also our rain plan option.
- The Terrace is our newest ceremony and cocktail hour location. With sweeping views of the farm and lakes, an ornate gazebo, and romantic twinkle lights, this space is a perfect addition to our estate.

A Memorable and Magical Weekend
Choosing the perfect venue was one of the most important decisions for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we toured Oakhaven, we received truly exceptional care—anticipating our needs before we could even voice them and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel like family. Their warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
The venue itself is breathtaking, with beautifully landscaped grounds that offered countless photo opportunities. The multiple houses surrounding the venue allowed us more than enough room to have all our friends and family on site while having private space when needed.
The Manor house and Cabin gave us peace of mind and allowed everyone in the wedding party to get ready in comfort. The elegant indoor spaces provided a warm and inviting setting for our celebration, and our guests were consistently impressed by both the ambiance and the attention to detail throughout the facilities. The best part, you never have to worry about sharing your weekend with any other party.
The barn is updated and they recent addition added more room for us to comfortably fit all our guests, while having plenty of room to dance. One highlight was the accessory room, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to create unique details and added touches which saved us hundreds.
One particularly unforgettable touch was the Model-T car available for our use. Taking photos with this classic car added a unique, vintage charm to our day, and the ride made us feel like stepping back in time. This thoughtful amenity was a guest favorite and made our celebration even more memorable.
Jeanette, Elizabeth, Bob, Jaden, and Gary remained outstanding—professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. They worked closely with us during planning, offering helpful suggestions and listening to our ideas. Jeanette and Elizabeth saved our big day when we had issues with one of our vendors by finding a last-minute replacement. They also added little touches to the itinerary simply because they knew it would make me smile. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly thanks to their expertise and unwavering support.
Overall, our wedding exceeded all our dreams, thanks in large part to this incredible venue and its remarkable team. Patience (owner) and the staff pour their heart into making Oakhaven a one-of-a-kind venue. It shows in every way. They have so many nods to the past while incorporating modern amenities. We enthusiastically recommend it to any couple seeking a beautiful location, outstanding staff and amenities, and a truly unforgettable event.

Breath Taking Fall Day
Absolutely beautiful venue with everything I needed. From the beautiful barn to the decor room to bridal portraits & flexibility was great. The staff was amazing & available for all my questions & last minute changes. Plenty of parking for all our guest & very kind and understanding with our family members with special accommodations.

Best Wedding Venue Ever!
Our wedding at Oakhaven on Aug 17, 2024 was a dream come true! After touring several venues, there was no question that Oakhaven was the location for us. The rustic backdrop, the gorgeous barn, the additional onsite amenities and exceptional staff were exactly what we wanted. We invested in the All-Inclusive package which includes the venue from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon, the most critical vendors (i.e. caterer, baker, photographer, and DJ) and two of the onsite accommodations (The Cottage and The Manor House) for the entire time - we also rented Woodrow's Cabin and The Bungalow for additional guests. We hired the caterer for the rehearsal dinner as well and hosted that in The Manor House on Friday night - it was such a great environment for the wedding party and extended family to get to know each other and kick off the celebration.
Jeanette and the entire Oakhaven staff were exceptional throughout the entire process but absolutely blew us away with how seamlessly they executed the rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including a very last-minute decision to move the ceremony indoors due to weather (we still started exactly on time).
There is no question we would choose Oakhaven again and would be happy to provide additional detail to anyone considering this venue or in the process of planning your big day!!

Choose oakhaven
Oakhaven Properties was the first venue we looked at when we started our wedding planning journey. We got the pleasure of meeting with Jeanette, and I knew immediately that it was going to be the perfect place for our special day. I did, however, explore other options, but nothing came close to giving me the feeling Oakhaven did. Not only is the entire property absolutely breathtaking, but they have 4 different beautiful ceremony locations, a considerable amount of great quality decorations in their decor room (made the day WAY less stressful), and multiple houses on their property you can rent for family/wedding party to stay. SO convenient when you have family and friends coming from out of state! Finally, THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE!!! Jeanette, Kara, Gary, Jeanette’s daughter (apologies for forgetting her name but she was a gem)!!! Kara was in charge of the day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person! She was so helpful and made me feel so special. I am more grateful for her than she will ever know! If I had to do it a thousand times over, I’d choose Oakhaven every time. An experience I will truly never forget!

Amazing - 1000% recommend
Oakhaven was truly a dream come true for our wedding venue! Jeanette was quick to answer any and all questions. The accommodations was a big plus for us and was a key point in our decision to select Oakhaven as our venue. Our guests were in awe of the entire property and our wedding party was comfortable the entire weekend (being housed in site). We selected the fire pit area for our welcome event and it was a huge hit. The Oakhaven team was there at ever turn for anything we needed or had questions on! I recommend Oakhaven to anyone looking for the wedding of their dreams. Thank you for being such a huge part of our future! We hope to return and stay in the future to reflect on the memories we hold closest to our hearts!

My Dream Wedding
Oak Haven was one of the best decisions I made for our big day. The staff was phenomenal with all of their help from when we first came to tour all the way until the end of our wedding night. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a gorgeous place to get married with people that treat you like family. My overall best decision though was hiring Jeanette The Wedding Day Lady, as our wedding planner. She and her team were absolutely amazing through the whole wedding planning process. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you have ever dreamed of for your wedding day plus more. Jeanette was always there to comfort my mom and I and would answer calls/ messages any time she was needed. I am so thankful for her and her time.

DREAM wedding venue
From the day we toured Oakhaven we knew that venue was the one for us!! The people were absolutely phenomenal in all aspects! We hired Jeanette as our wedding planner and she was with us EVERY SINGLE step of the way and was amazing on the wedding day! From the beautiful three wedding site (we are bias because we loved the oak tree) all the way to the gorgeous barn the views are breathtaking. The on-site housing was beyond convenient for my family who lives out of state. I cannot recommend Oakhaven enough and praise their staff.

Amazingly Beautiful - both Oakhaven Properties and Jeanette Wagoner
Start with an inspiration photo, find the venue that fits your inspiration, and connect with the finest wedding planner ever! If you choose Oakhaven Properties and The Wedding Day Lady (Jeanette Wagoner) then you’re nearly done creating your dream wedding. We visited Oakhaven to make sure it is as lovely as the pictures showed us – and it is. Since we had family coming from Vermont, we checked out the Manor House, Bungalow, Woodrow’s Cabin and the Honeymoon Cottage – all of them were beyond what we wanted and needed for our families. The weather on New Year’s Eve could be questionable so we had to make sure we could transition the ceremony site to the Grand Dutch Barn without losing the ambiance we wanted – and WOW…we got our dream wedding. The ceremony was in the Barn decorated as a “winter wonderland” and it was breathtaking – it exceeded our vision from the inspiration photo. Jeanette and her team helped to decorate using items we brought and items from her stash. The bridal party dressed in the Manor and Groom’s Quarters while Jeanette and crew put the finishing touches on the decorations. I was in awe when Jeanette pulled back the curtain for me to enter the venue and walk down the aisle.
Keep in mind that all of the planning and decisions that come with a wedding (caterer, bakery, bartender, string quartet, photographer, officiant) were done via phone calls between my Mom in Vermont and Jeanette. And Jeanette worked with us calmly and without agitation when we had to delay the wedding date. So for literally the best day of your life, Oakhaven and Jeanette will take fabulous care to make it happen.
Keep in mind that all of the planning and decisions that come with a wedding (caterer, bakery, bartender, string quartet, photographer, officiant) were done via phone calls between my Mom in Vermont and Jeanette. And Jeanette worked with us calmly and without agitation when we had to delay the wedding date. Extra Special
We all fell in love with Oakhaven when touring venues for our daughter's August wedding. It is the perfect property to accommodate an entire weekend of wedding festivities -- from the bridal luncheon to the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. Thoughtful details everywhere on the whole property, from the dressing rooms to the firepit to the gorgeous oak tree ceremony site added something extra special to our celebration. We used all the accommodations on site for the wedding party and out of town guests, which created more time to enjoy one another all weekend. The staff was so helpful and professional, yet felt like family by the end of the weekend. So many guests commented on how perfect the venue was and we have to agree! We can highly recommend Oakhaven to handle your special day with care!!
