I loved having my reception here!!!

---not only were they very accommodating to all my requests but they even threw in a few cases of Red Stripe and Guinness for my husband and I

---Sally, the woman in charge of event planning was AMAZING!!!! She even made sure I had a chance to have some of the appetizers

---beautiful location inside and out with a terrific history of the trees

---the staff works with you to ensure you have a memorable and special event

If I could recommend everyone have their wedding at Oak Meadows, I would. I couldn't have asked for better service! Everything was absolute perfect, the food was incredible, and Sally was extremely attentive to us throughout the entire process and day of.

Oak Meadows was a wonderful place to have our reception. The food was even better on the wedding day than it was at our tasting, the cake was beautiful and delicious, and Sally, the coordinator, was a ton of fun. I highly recommend this venue!!

The event coordinator was extremely helpful and flexible. They were willing to work with my when I fell short of my minimum for the room and when an extra person showed up at the dinner without a seat, they reacted quickly and got it taken care of. The entire evening went extremely smoothly without a hitch. The facility is beautiful as well, the bridal party sat infront of a window overlooking the golf course, beautiful section to take pictures at as well.

The catering coordinator was very helpful with getting details planned as well as executing them. The only problem we had was with the "updates" they were going to have done before our wedding. We were told new carpet as well as valances would be in before our wedding and they were not.
