Oak Lodge is composed of three venue spaces. The Reception Center is the original venue space, with red brick walls, Tiffany-style chandeliers, and a large oak dance floor. The Bienville Room celebrates the historic French-Louisiana style with large french doors, a copper bar, a wrought-iron staircase, and sprawling courtyard patios. Finally, the Orleans Room boasts an open floor plan, polished wood floors, and red brick walls. The simplicity of this room makes it the most versatile. Regardless of which venue space or spaces you choose, the Oak Lodge can accommodate 30-500 guests.

On-site wedding coordinators will assist in every step of the planning process, including helping choose which venue space is most suitable for the event. They provide tables, chairs, fine china, glassware, tableware, linens, and candlelight ambiance to make planning the reception a breeze. Depending on your preference, the bars can be operated as either cash or open bars. They can serve house beer, wine, and liquor and even come up with a signature cocktail to elevate your guests' experience.

Cuisine

The Oaks Lodge Reception and Conference Center provides in-house catering services for all weddings and events at the venue. Their talented chefs can prepare passed hors d'oeuvres, a buffet, and station-style meal service. They specialize in Southern comfort food and will work with you to craft the perfect menu.
