We worked with Oscar and he was friendly and professional from the beginning. He helped me build a centerpiece that I loved and worked with my budget (substituting less expensive flowers where needed). He delivered all the way to riverside, ca (he's based in LA) for a small fee. I gave 4 stars on professionalism only because the driver was 2 hours late. However, Oscar warned me before hand about the risk of traffic delays, so I scheduled for them to arrive well before the actual start time of my ceremony. So the guest didn't know the difference in the centerpieces arriving late. They even placed them on the tables for me. Overall, great experience! I would definitely recommend them.

I hired O & J flowers for the day on my wedding on 10/16/15. I attended a friend's wedding in March of this year and I loved their floral arrangements. I set up a meeting with Nancy in May and I went over all the details and theme of my wedding. I'm a very organized bride so the process was very easy. I went in just to look and get an estimate but I ended booking O & J Flowers for my special day that same day ( I even paid in full). My wedding process was very smooth until the day of my wedding.
I met with Lorena (the florist) twice (two weeks before my wedding) to go over pick-up and delivery options, since I had opted to have my flowers picked up by a family member. Hence, I decided not to have them deliver my wedding flowers on my wedding day because they were late delivering wedding flowers to my friends wedding ceremony.
Also, they were not willing to transport my wedding flowers from my ceremony to my reception venue. With that being said, I felt like i took all the necessary precautions and asked all the right questions as how to transport the flowers, care, boxes, etc.. It wasn't until a week before my wedding that Lorena offered to transport my flowers from the ceremony to my venue for a fee $$$. I kindly declined since she assured me that I would need 4 big boxes to transport 15 centerpieces.
On the day of my wedding, my family friend arrived early to pick up wedding flowers and the boxes I had bought were not tall enough and their truck was too low so they had to maneuver centerpieces. To make a long story short, my family friend called me to explain the situation while I was getting hair and makeup done, I asked her to speak to the florist and see if she had any suggestions or possible solutions. Her answer was " I told you we could deliver but unfortunately we are busy today and cannot delivery your flowers." I was upset, so I asked "So you have no solution to help me out on my wedding day after I paid in-full for my flowers ? She hung up on me.
