Working with Paul and the staff at Nyren’s was an easy choice. They were friendly and professional while helping us put together perfect arrangements.

As my husband and I got married at the Farmington Club, Paul and Nyren’s were in charge of our reception flowers. Because we wanted to upgrade out flowers above what our chosen Club package offered, we went to the florist shop directly to talk with Paul about the arrangements. He was great! When we were having trouble understanding Paul’s description of his plans, he took the time to pull together an arrangement right there in front of us to make sure we were happy with it. And when my (very short) mother was concerned about guests being able to see over the arrangement, Paul pulled out a ruler to verify a height she would be happy with and added it to his notes. Our final arrangements were exactly what we asked for. Thanks, Paul!

Paul helped me when no other florist was being helpful. I was getting outrageous quotes from other florists and never received the attention I did when I talked to Paul. He is a funny and talented man and knew exactly what I wanted without me knowing what I wanted. The flowers were so beautiful and fit the beach setting and made the tables pop. Not only the centerpieces but our boutique's were amazing. The orchids just stood out and all the guests couldn't get over how beautiful they were. He traveled down to Milford and New Haven. He dropped my boutique's off at the hotel and then continued onto the venue even in traffic on 95. I would definitely go back to him for any arrangement.

I met with 5 florists. Nyren's was THE ONLY one that was willing to be flexible and work with me to create MY vision not theirs. I wanted a "wild flower" look, the other florists tried talking me into the cookie cutter centerpieces they were used to. Paul at Nyren's was completely on board with what I wanted, he was so patient and willing to do whatever I asked. Paul exceeded my expectations!!! Everything was PERFECT!!!

Our flowers were absolutely gorgeous and just as I envisioned them. Paul and his staff were so easy to talk to and very responsive with all my questions. He was very on time with his delivery the day of the wedding, which I loved. My only complaint is that he gave me the wrong size aisle runner for the church. It was way too short. Other than that, his professionalism was excellent and the flowers were beautiful!

Paul was easy to work with, he met with my mother and I whenever we asked. I left my last appointment with him telling my mom that he made me nervous. Come our wedding day, he mis-calculated the number of bouquets, we were one short (he did recover with the correct number within the hour). What we got for bouquets was exactly what we asked for - yet they looked fine. My Mother's corsage wristlet broke the second she put it on. The guy's boutonniere's and our bouquets barely lasted to photos - let alone through them. The arrangements for the Church and the reception however were exactly what we asked for and looked great, as well as my lotto ticket silk flower bouquet for the toss. I wouldn't recommend him to a friend simply because he made me worry the day of my wedding - the one thing a bride should not do!
