We rented the 20 x 20 black and white dance floor for our June wedding and it was the perfect, elegant centerpiece for our wedding. It was the perfect size for our 80 person wedding and could definitely work for a larger wedding; delivery and pickup were excellent.

Working with Cindy at NY Lounge Decor by phone and e-mail couldn’t have been easier. She helped with budget, planning and logistics. The black & white striped dance floor that her crew installed for the night of my niece’s wedding on 11/4/22 was the centerpiece to our black tie affair. Thank you Cindy and team!!!

The team at NYLD really pulled my wedding together. I was able to rent items for my ceremony and reception. Even when my venue changed the schedule around and caused a bit of a stir, the team had no issues and handled it professionally. NYLD offers fair prices and outstanding service, and each person that I had contact with was pleasant. I will definitely contact them in the future for other life events.

I worked with Tammi and her team at NY Lounge Decor for my wedding this summer. We ordered lounge furniture as well as a photo booth from them. They were easy to work with, responded very quickly to our many emails, and were willing to work with us on prices. Originally we were just going to order the furniture with them and order a photo booth from somewhere else, but when talking to Tammi she was willing to match the price for us so we only had to deal with one vendor instead of two! Also when we were unhappy with the layout for the photo booth pictures, Tammi convinced the attendant to download a special program to get us the layout we wanted. Super amazing to work with. I highly recommend Tammi and her team to anyone planning any kind of event. They were absolutely great!!

We hired NY Lounge Decor to provide an LED lighted stage, follow spot light, couch and LED cube tables.

The first two equipment was specifically requested by our famous emcee and performer that we hired for our wedding.

Before the wedding, we had a call with the coordinator and the lighting technician. As the lighting technician is also a DJ and emcee, he understood both audio and visual aesthetics which meant he was a good partner to have for the biggest production of our lives.

During the ceremony and first toast, the stage was lighted white which created an amazing silhouette effect against the ceremony backdrop and decor.

For the reception first dance and various performances, it was changing colors which elevated everything to the next level.

The staff was really friendly and professional and we also received feedback from our caterer and day-of-event coordinator, that they are really good at what they do.

I would totally recommend NY Lounge Decor for their audio video needs -- whether it is for wedding or any other event.

NY Lounge Décor did our lounge furniture, our custom SEAMLESS black and white checkered dance floor, custom hedge wall for photos, red carpet and our uplighting – these elements literally transformed the venue and made the wedding feel magical!!!! Nicole was amazing to work with – she came to RI and measured the space months before the wedding and made every idea I gave her come to life. I cannot imagine getting married without her help ! She emailed me back right away anytime I had a question or another idea I wanted to explore. I cannot begin to thank them enough – if you use them for anything for your event you will NOT be disappointed!!!
