Novi Jewelers is privately own and both of the owners are there daily. They are the sweetest and most helpful couple! I'm beyond thrilled with my ring that came from this shop, and each time I go in there they are happy to hear the progress on wedding planning. They stand behind the quality of their products, and when a couple stones in my mom's engagement ring needed to be changed they did it with no charge.
