North 4th Corridor, based in Columbus, Ohio, is an industrial location for weddings and joyous occasions. This contemporary setting is situated in the Smith Brothers' Hardware Building near the city's vibrant downtown district. Spread across several floors, this modern property offers a range of event spaces for ceremonies, receptions, and much more.

Facilities and Capacity

North 4th Corridor features two unique indoor venues and a rooftop area for a chic city wedding. Post 4 is a spacious, airy venue for several events. There is much room for large gatherings, with a maximum capacity of 170 for seated guests. Here, vintage fixtures maintain a sense of warmth and coziness that ties in nicely with the modern aesthetic. Brick & Mortar, meanwhile, features dark wooden beams and exposed brick for a sophisticated spin on an industrial style. A manicured courtyard sets the scene for a romantic yet modern ceremony or cocktail reception. As many as 170 attendees may be accommodated here for sit-down celebrations. On the roof, to-be-weds and their guests are welcomed to Revery, a glass-enclosed setting that is also the venue's largest space. The city skyline offers an unforgettable backdrop for wedding events. The glass rooftop is retractable, should couples prefer to shift to an open-air scene as the festivities progress. Here, up to 200 friends and family members can be comfortably seated. Furthermore, the property offers free on-site parking for those driving to the celebration.

Services Offered

The one-of-a-kind spaces at North 4th Corridor are complemented by an extensive range of amenities and wedding services that are tailored to suit various styles and budgets. Bar services are customized depending on the setting chosen. Some of the features of these include bartending and mixer packages. Couples are free to provide their own alcohol, ideal for those who have preferred brands. Tables and chairs are provided by the venue. On renting the space, couples are given two hours to set up their event to ensure that their vision can come to life. If the to-be-weds want to rent the space for longer than the suggested time, they can avail of it as an extra by the hour. Conveniently, catering is supplied by Milo's Catering, the company that manages the venue.

Beautiful, Affordable Venue

My daughter’s wedding was at Post 4, one of three venues at North Fourth Corridor. The building is a restored hardware company (Smith Brothers’ Hardware) built in 1929. The space is true to the industrial origins of the building with modern touches.

Post 4 has two levels. The top level was used for the ceremony and reception. The lower level was used for a cocktail hour while the upstairs was flipped for the reception. The lower level also has a glass garage-style door that can be opened to a courtyard during warm weather. There were about 70 people in attendance, but there would be plenty of room for a bigger crowd.

There no other weddings that day, so we were able to use the rooftop for photos.

Post 4 was very affordable, especially for a winter wedding. Once of the many pros is that you can bring your own alcohol, which is a major savings over having a minimum, especially for a crowd that doesn’t drink a lot.

The only real con was that on the days of the rehearsal and wedding, there was no staff to be found other than the greeters. The catering staff was super helpful, but no one from the venue was around to help when we had questions. After giving us the code to the bridal suite door, they kind of disappeared.

All in all, it was a beautiful and affordable venue in the heart of Columbus. 4/5, would recommend.
