Top-notch service from day one. Phil and Pam built this haven for their daughter and they treat each couple as if they were their own children. Once you are a client, they will go above and beyond to ensure your planning (coordinating and advising vendors, communicating with our planner, and even toting us up the mountain despite a recent snowstorm requiring snowshoes to fully navigate the venue) and execution (present for the entire event, couriering people and items back and forth across the property as needed, troubleshooting anything that comes up).

Noble Ridge Tree Deck is worth every penny! Phil and Pam and their whole family were so helpful and accommodating throughout the wedding planning process and the day of. We feel so lucky to have gotten married here and can't recommend them enough. Seriously, we feel so blessed to be Tree Deck Alumni and can't wait to visit year after year. This venue was the highlight of our wedding, we felt so at home in the forest and comfortable with the venue owners but it still felt magnificent and magical at the same time! Our guests said it was the most striking and unique wedding they had ever attended. It was so easy to decorate because we were surrounded by great views and natural beauty. Phil and Pam Long were delightful to work with and the terms were clear. It was the perfect adventure to start our life together and focus on the important things: people, food and dancing! As you can see, I can't say enough good things. I would recommend this venue 100%!

Absolutely stunning venue. Exactly what we had always wanted, a beautiful forest venue where we could get married in the trees. Phil and Pam are so sweet and thoughtful and really go out of their way to make your day amazing. We absolutely loved it there and the long drive out is worth it for the views. I do have some regrets though, mainly that the price is kind of high and put a strain on our budget early on. Additionally, with no cell service at the venue, the nearest stores and hotels almost an hour away, and most of the drive up there being on a long winding gravel logging road, it's not the most convenient venue for guests or vendors. Obviously it's plenty possible, we had no issues. Just requires a little extra preparation and it's something to consider if you are interested in the venue. One thing I think would be really helpful to future clients if Phil and Pam read this would be maps of the property and a floor plan of the deck with the exact locations of the trees so that it's easier to plan what the ceremony and reception layouts will look like. Also I get not having the rehearsal there, it's pretty out of the way, but I do wish they would have allowed us to leave some of the decor items there the day before. That was one of the more stressful things to coordinate the morning of my wedding. I ended up having to send boxes of decor items up with my coordinator and my brothers, who then had to come back to our VRBO to get their suits on.
