Straddling lush green forests and cliffside ocean views, the trees literally meet the sea on this stunning 58-acre property, where guests can enjoy the quiet beauty of sleeping and celebrating under the stars—without sacrificing convenience or comfort. All events are held outside on the event grounds section of the property located in the South Cape by our mirror cabins, with breathtaking ocean views. With sweeping ocean views and comfy overnight accommodations, Two Capes Lookout is the perfect place for smaller, intimate, or micro outdoor gatherings. Couples can exchange vows surrounded by loved ones with the rugged coastline in the backdrop. When everything is said and done, your guests can make their way to their assigned luxurious glamping retreat for an adventurous night of sleeping under the enchanting night sky. Whether couples would prefer a stylish mirror cabin or a modern geodesic dome, they will get to experience glamping while still being encapsulated by luxury and comfort.

Inside the mirror cabins, guests will find floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, private en-suite bathrooms, heated floors, and practical wet bars. On the other hand, the geodesic domes boast soaring ceilings, grand windows with ocean views, and easy access to the heated and air-conditioned luxury bathhouses, perfect for families or groups of friends.

The team at Two Capes Lookout is dedicated to crafting unforgettable micro or smaller, outdoor weddings. We provide the lodging, the venue space, and the views for weddings up to 75, you provide everything else through your preferred vendor.

We allow outside vendors of choice to come in, such as caterers, decorators, vendors for tents, tables, chairs, bars, and more, to transform the space into a reflection of the love story behind the special day.

The Details

• 19 lodging units
  • 4 mirror cabins with 1 queen bed and 15 geodesic domes with 1 king bed
  • All domes/cabins are double occupancy, with the exception of 8 domes that fit 2 adults & 2 kids using the twin day bed and twin trundle
  • Lodging accommodates 39-54 guests, depending on occupancy
• Our property is a great fit for “micro” weddings of 75 and under
• We can fit approximately 24 cars on site, including wedding/event vendors. Additional cars would have to be parked off-site
• Power available at the venue site: two (2) 50-amp outdoor receptacles, connected to a Bologna power cord and run to a power distribution box, placed on the edge of the event space; another 120 Volt possibility is available as well on the exterior of the cabins
• Quiet time and/or end of amplified music is 10 pm
• Two Capes Lookout provides the venue site/location, views, and lodging; all other items required for your event are rented from your preferred vendor
• Vendors used are required to have proof of insurance
• Group room block discount available
• Venue buyout fee in addition to the cost of lodging

Deposit Policy

• 1 night’s room and tax, per room, is due for all groups (if billed to master), within 7 days of signing
• If guests individually pay room rates, a credit card on file, and 1 night’s room and tax is due no later than 30 days in advance of the arrival date
• The site fee is due within 7 days of signing
• All remaining room and tax balances and any site fees or event space fee balances (if applicable) are due 30 days in advance of your arrival

Cancel Policy

Cancellation date: Cancellation charge

• 60 days or less prior to arrival, 75% of the deposit on file
• 179 days to 61 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit on file
• From the date of contract signing to 180 days prior to arrival, 25% of the deposit on file
