Niki and her team at NJ Event Collective are a bride and groom's DREAM! I am a bit of a control freak and am obsessed with attention to detail, so I was very picky when it came to hiring a wedding coordinator. From the first time I communicated with Niki, I knew she was the right person to help plan our wedding. She is so friendly, calm, professional and funny!
Our priority as a couple was to enjoy our day and not be stressed. We knew we could trust Niki and team to manage every aspect of the event and they did so flawlessly! She developed detailed timelines from set up to tear down, managed all of our vendors, and knew where every item needed to be placed for the event.
Everything turned our perfect and the NJ team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and fun day. They even entertained our flower girls during the reception!

She takes pride in her work and brings her expertise, enthusiasm and experience to every wedding, gala, fundraiser, corporate event and mitzvah she designs. Her attention to detail, focus on service and quality has earned her a strong reputation in the hospitality industry from both clients and vendors.
At the young age of 14 she began helping her aunt in Rhode Island with her catering company. During those summers helping around the shop & kitchen Niki’s spark in events ignited. It was quickly realized that this was the path she wanted to proceed down, 19 years later she is a leading expert in catering & events in the Phoenix Market.
