.Salisbury Moms...from the moment I reached out to her I was impressed by her professionalism..She made a fabulous cake for my grandaughters 13th birthday,it was a lacross themed cake..edible hockey sticks,
.her jersey #13 her name and Happy Birthday writing...including goalie net..red velvet w/ creamcheese frosting..Its a work of art and we will be celebrating @Woodloch Pines..hope I dont drop it..must weigh 20 lbs..and wrapped beautifully in large box w/bow..

Hi, Im Anita. Owner and Operator of Nita's Pastries Inc.
My Passion for baking came not at an early statge in my life but during the 2020 lockdown, I just had my daughter and when time came for me to go back to work, the lockdown happened. I didn't know what to do, as i was down and low. Then i started watching baking shows such as Cupcake wars, Nailed it, Sugar rush and more.. then i discovered my love for baking. I started trying out various recipes by baking for friends, family members, then it grew into my church members for all kind of events. then the desire to grow is what inspired Nita's Pastries Inc.
At NITA'S PASTRIES, we strive for excellcence in all that we do. What ever the occassion is, we would be there for you. Nita's Pastries is a Licensed and Insured Cottage Food Bakery established by the New York State Department Of Agriculture. We bake everything fresh to order and all pickups/ deliveries are scheduled in advance.God has blessed me with this amazing gift and opportunity and my goal in life right now is to grow so i can be a blessing to my generation and my community at large.
