Nicole is an amazing wedding photographer!. She was incredibly professional and fun to work with. We had a blast getting to know her at our engagement shoot and we absolutely love our photos. When we had rain last minute that threw a wrench in our outdoor photo plans, she took initiative to find a really great alternate location close to our venue that would fit our giant family. Neither of us is super comfortable in the spotlight, and she did so much to make us feel at ease, not awkward, and even..hot?! We had a great time at our wedding but honestly would have loved to just hang out with her and her second shooter Amanda all night.

We were so lucky to find Nicole! We had initially planned to have a family friend shoot our wedding, but due to an inconveniently timed pregnancy (no hard feelings, congrats!), we were left with a relatively short window before the wedding and no photographer. Our wedding coordinator provided us with a few recommendations, and Nicole was the first person I reached out to.

Catherine and I had really vibed with her shooting and editing style (and also personal style!), but I noticed she was no longer accepting wedding bookings for 2025. I reached out anyway on the off-chance that she had a cancellation that weekend. She didn't, but she graciously defied my expectations by agreeing to TRIPLE BOOK herself for the long weekend and shoot our wedding. I mention this not to recommend that if you're in a bind for a photographer four months before your wedding, you should reach out to Nicole (I would never want to inflict that upon her), but to highlight the quality of her character.

Even with the short notice, she drove down to San Diego for an engagement shoot with us. We were immediately super impressed with those photos and knew we were in more-than-capable hands. I still wasn't prepared for the final wedding photos.

To bring it back full circle, I simply couldn't have comprehended our wedding going so well. Once the ceremony started, not a single second of it was anything less than perfect. So many adorable moments that I would cherish forever. Lo and behold, when our final edit was delivered (early, right before the holidays), every single one of those moments was captured beautifully by Nicole.

So if you've made it through this review, do yourself a favor and make your wedding planning a bit easier. Look no further, and book Nicole (nice and early!) to be your photographer.

I am so lucky to have had Nicole as the photographer of my engagement and wedding pictures! Right off the bat, you can tell she is a PRO. Her website is clean and clear, her billing system is straightforward, she has booklets on tips for getting the best pictures, and she sent the sweetest welcome gift to get us excited. On top of that, she’s an artist. She captured every color and every feeling and every sweet moment from our event. When we got the Sneak Peek pictures (like… two days after!!!) we felt like it was the full set because they were so beautiful and so complete. My (now) husband and I are not big picture-takers and we wanted to make sure that we weren’t missing our own party just to get pictures… and we never felt that way! On top of all of this, she has an extremely calming demeanor. When I arrived for first look, I was so stressed and anxious that we were pressed on time. She assured me we were good and then I could actually relax and enjoy. My flower girl and ring bearer were pretty hangry during pictures and you would never know it! She found a way!! If you hire her for your wedding, you can rest assured knowing that all of the emotion and hard work that goes into your day will be really beautifully tied together in your photographs.

Nicole is simply the best! I randomly found her on Instagram way before I was ever engaged (lol). I was immediately drawn to her posting an interracial queer couple on her page, and knowing that I wanted to hire culturally diverse wedding vendors for whenever I would get married, I started following her right away. I just loved her work. Not only add her photos of other weddings and couples so beautiful, but she also has the coolest, most laid back personality, very funny, and has really great taste in music/movies/tv too! I was so happy my husband and I ended up hiring her for our engagement photos and for our wedding. She is super communicative, makes my husband and I feel SO comfortable on camera, is really great at direction, and is so professional. I even had her do my boudoir photos! My husband also said she was “really efficient” on our wedding day, lol. Even though we’ve only got the sneak peeks so far (since we just got married a few days ago), the photos are just so lovely thanks to her. Big fan of Nicole, she would be lovely to hang out with irl. I'm so awkward at doing reviews, that's why I always push them off. But this one is much deserved. I originally booked a local wedding photog without doing much research. After months of watching Nicole's ig page seeing her style and how she edits, there was that little voice that kept telling me just book her. These were going to be your wedding photos you look back to forever. Her style was something i had always wanted for my wedding. So i booked her, yes I lost my deposit with the previous photog but tbh its was so worth it. It was nice working with Nicole her communication and professionalism are on point while also having a fun/comfortable time. I got a ton of compliments from family and friends for Nicole and her assistant on the angles and details they were capturing. I can go on an on lol but overall she was GREAT and I hope to book her in the future.

We hired Nicole with less than 6 months to go to our wedding day, and it was a great choice! I love her style - the edits are gorgeous and she captured our most genuine selves on our wedding day. Nicole has a real gift in making couples (and family and friends) comfortable taking photos, and finding the exact moment where we all look happy and in love. Our wedding photos are absolutely beautiful and truly captured the love we felt on our wedding day. Nicole was easy to work with and is such a fun person, definitely follow her on Instagram! She and her second shooter, Frank, were professional and friendly.

I first found Nicole in late 2019 after my fiance and I got engaged. We booked her for our engagement session and our wedding right away. Unfortunately, we had to postpone both dates due to COVID but she has been THE BEST throughout the whole ordeal and has been extremely flexible and accommodating.

We were finally able to get our engagement pictures taken last month and let me tell you the wait was SO worth it. Our engagement pictures are beautiful and we could not be any happier with the images we received. It was our first time getting professional pictures taken and she made us feel so at ease in front of the camera. BONUS: She and her fiance were great with our dogs and we were able to get some great shots with our pups which was really important for us.

We can't wait to have her shoot our wedding! Nicole is not only an amazing photographer but an overall wonderful human that truly cares and if this is something that is as important for you as it was for us, do yourself a favor and BOOK HER NOW!

Covid wedding here! We pushed through with keeping our wedding date while maintaining the health and safety of all our guests. Our backyard wedding had all of the PPE bells and whistles. I’ll keep this short and sweet so that it’s read!

2. Communication and Follow up is ALWAYS timely. She crossed all of my T’s and dotted all of my I’s with a smile.
3. In the midst of the pandemic we were scrambling for ideas on where we could host our canceled winery wedding. She was quick to provide a variety of creative ideas. Being malleable is very important for a growing business.
4. She makes me feel like family. Photos can be intimidating and very personal at times. With Nicole it’s a breath of fresh air.

I hired her for my elopement back in Malibu because my wedding photog wasn't going to be in town and WOW I am sooo soo lucky and grateful I found her.
