Nick was amazing! We used him for our wedding and he exceeded our expectations. The photos were so much more beautiful than we had hoped. He was easy to get along with and got us into shoot locations and lighting that made us look great. Very easy to work with, prompt and professional. Got right back to us and pricing was super competitive. (He should charge more compared to others that we shopped) Our pictures blew away examples that we saw from much higher prices vendors. We have used him for an anniversary shoot since and recommend him to all of our friends and family!

When we first met with Nick of Nick MacCarthy Photography we knew he would be just right for us. We worked with him for our engagement pictures and he executed them flawlessly. We shot in a couple different locations and he made the photos from each location unique rather than duplicating the same poses in different places. Leading up to our wedding, we stayed in touch with him and discussed our wants and needs for the big day. He helped us draft a list of shots we wanted and completed them perfectly on the day of the wedding. He brought a small team with him for the wedding day and it was clear that he surrounds himself with partners that have the same vision and talent that he does. They made us feel at ease throughout the day and were never intrusive. We decided that we did not want to do our photos at a location we previously discussed with Nick and he and his team adjusted accordingly to accommodate us. Our first dance was very important to us and Nick made sure that he was in the right place at the right time to capture the moment as it unfolded. We are still amazed by how many wonderful photos we have that are candid and organic. Nick has a great ability to capture candid moments that cannot be duplicated. On our wedding day he exceeded the high expectations we set after our engagement shoot. We could not be happier with the images he captured. We would strongly recommend Nick to anyone in search of a great local photographer. Don’t be fooled by his simple presentation when meeting with him. He does not need all of the bells and whistles that other photographers have. His work product speaks for itself and will capture the moments you will cherish forever. Can’t wait to have the chance to work with him again in the future.

We had Nick photograph our wedding this summer and We cant thank him enough! Nick's pricing was far better than many other vendors we contacted, but you would never know it from the finished product. The pictures he took were outstanding, He could easily charge double what he does and it would still be worth every penny. Nick is very professional and has great communication through the whole process. Bottom line is you wont find a better photographer!

I had the privilege of having my cousin Nick as my photographer at my wedding. The pictures are memories that my wife and I will cherish forever. My cousin is meticulous, studies the venue to capture the perfect pictures. Nick spends time with the couple to outline what important shots the couple wants however he knows what photos will make lasting memories. If you are looking for a photographer you just found the best! He goes above and beyond to get every shot you want. He even rolled around on the ground at a farm for our pictures.
