Nichole Young is a harpist located in Woodridge, Illinois. She has been part of the wedding industry since 2008 and specializes in wedding ceremonies and other life events. Nichole will delight your guests and create an atmosphere they will never forget with her beautiful harp music. Both in look and sound, Nichole’s harp provides a touch of elegance and beauty to wedding occasions.

Nichole Young offers high-quality service options to each couple. She will work with each couple to choose a setlist of music that is meaningful for them. Do you have a favorite song? You may be surprised at how versatile the harp can be. Nichole can perform a large range of styles on the harp that include Classical, Celtic, American jazz standards, Show tunes, Movie themes and Modern pop/rock. She can also learn and play new songs that are favorites of the couple.

Gorgeous harp music- BOOK HER!!!

We hired Nichole to play harp at our wedding’s cocktail hour. My husband and I had unique requests for music - lots of nerd music (think Zelda, Sailor Moon, Animal Crossing, Game of Thrones, Disney songs, etc.). Nichole already has a wide variety of songs that she knows, but she even learned new music so our favorite songs from TV, movies and video games could be playing during cocktail hour. She was happy to learn new music just to make our day special. Nichole was very collaborative and receptive to our ideas. She’s so incredibly talented, passionate and so sweet. Nichole also coordinated her outfit to match the venue. You could not ask for a better live harpist than Nichole.

Fantastic!

Nichole is so friendly, sweet and talented. Her harp music was a beautiful, romantic addition to our ceremony and cocktail hour. She worked with us to create a list of songs and was so easy to work with. We’d recommend her to anyone!!!

Nichole was amazing!

If considering choosing a harpist, this one is a definite. She played beautifully. Answered all and any questions and extremely professional. Would definitely choose her again.

Beautiful for a wedding!

Nichole played the harp during our wedding ceremony this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the music was! Working with Nichole ahead of the wedding was so simple and she even learned a new song for us with no question. We also streamed our wedding live and the music still sounded incredible!

A Wonderful Birthday Gift!

I wrote the Flute-Viola-Harp trio Sandcat Lullaby as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Nichole arranged for her friends (Jennifer Gosack-Darwell, Flute; Colleen Kuraszek, Viola) to join her, and handled all the logistics.

Normally we would have invited them to our home, but circumstances dictated a remote performance. All the same, Nichole, Jen and Colleen dressed for the concert hall – just one more mark of their all-around professionalism. Their enthusiasm for the piece is greatly appreciated, and their performance was excellent; all that a composer could wish for. My hope is that someday we can arrange for a high-quality recording for release.

So it was a joyous event! I’m recommending Nichole, Jen and Colleen without reservation. I’d work with any of them again, anytime. Each of them will enhance any event you can conjure. I hope we will have other occasions to work together.

Nichole was such a pleasure to work with! Nichole responded right away with my interest and made payment simple with using venmo. She was very flexible when it came to our song list we wanted to play for our ceremony. Our ceremony was simply a fairytale dream with the beautiful sounds of the harp. Elegant and Professional

Wonderful Addition to our Wedding Day

Nichole was extremely timely with her responses to us and she also had great ideas of what to play during our event. We used her talents for our ceremony and our cocktail hour and she switched venues without missing a beat. She had a microphone for her harp and was loud enough (but not too loud) for everyone to enjoy the music. She played classic pieces and some modern additions and requests which helped us personalize our wedding day. We highly recommend Nichole!

Amazing Harpist!!

We booked Nichole for our wedding this past weekend and couldn't be happier. We were in an attached pavilion at a hotel without a sound system so I was a little nervous that we wouldn't be able to hear the music but I could hear everything while out in the lobby waiting to walk in!

Nichole was very easy to work with and responsive to all of my questions and musical choices. Couldn't recommend more!
