This is the first negative review we have ever written as we value small businesses and are highly empathetic individuals. We purchased a Kingsman Table (allegedly, serving 160-200 ppl) for our 170 guest wedding as our main course - including sandwiches and salads. The last 30-40 guests were left with scraps and no sandwiches. When we apologized to our guests individually, others who ate first even mentioned that they grabbed less food to ensure others could have. We had to buy pizza from a local place so that nobody was hungry. When reconnecting with Courtney at Nibble Boards Charcuterie a week after our wedding, we gave her our feedback (still complimenting the food we had), and she told us there’s nothing she can do, nobody has complained of this before, we should have purchased more if we thought our guests would eat in excess (they barely ate), and she shamed us for connecting with her so far after date and did not give a genuine apology. Beware of the Kingsman Table servings, we know it wouldn’t have fulfilled 150 people. In addition to all of this, she also posted our table on Facebook, wrongly claiming that we had “... enough food to graze all evening.”
