My cousin hired this limo company for her wedding. Their limos are old and outdated. No AC units were working and this was the middle of June. They claimed that it’s so hot outside and the AC units couldn’t keep up. Yeah right! This was the most important day of my cousins wedding and they ruined it. If they knew the AC units weren’t working why give us a crappy outdated limo! Check the limo before picking up the bride and groom with her bridal party. Everyone was hot and sweaty and we were melting. My cousin did not get an apology or a refund. This company is a sham! Stay away! Their lack of service amazes me! They could care of less if it’s a wedding and ruin someone’s day just to get your money.
