Great food, great service, great price!

We used Nelson’s catering for our August 2021 wedding. Our food was fantastic, and our guests thought so too! I usually think chicken breast is boring, but their chicken breast is so good that it was one of my top choices! Lots of fantastic options to choose from. Wanda was extremely helpful during the planning process. The catering team knew exactly what they were doing, and didn’t have to ask me a single question at the reception! Also, I was genuinely shocked at how affordable it was to cater our 165-guest wedding. No complaints here!!!

Pure wedding bliss

I had looked for local catering and Nelson's really stood out. They had a diverse menu and it was adaptable which I found amazing being a vegetarian. They never missed a beat when it came to checking in and working with the venue for set up. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful! I couldn't have booked a better caterer to work with.

Absolutely love Nelson's!!

Nelson's Catering were EXCELLENT! The representative I worked with was always willing to make changes to our menu as it got tweaked along the way & was very responsive. The food itself was amazing & we received lots of compliments on the food from our guests! The display of everything was really elegant (we had a buffet) & the staff were incredibly nice!

Loved Them!

Nelsons did an amazing job catering our wedding! We loved the food and so did our guests! Everything we ate at the tasting was amazing and we had a hard time choosing what to pick for our wedding. Overall, the food and service was a highlight of the day for our guests, and the leftovers were coveted and cherished after our big day.

Highly recommend

Nelson’s provided the food and drinks for our 100 guest wedding at Ewing Manor in Bloomington, Il. They were courteous and on time, provided quality service at the pop-up bars, and served delicious food at dinner. We chose to do the buffet and did not regret it. Compared to other catering vendors in town, we got a fantastic price, and though we didn’t have a chance to test the food beforehand, it was excellent (especially the dessert!). Highly recommend.

I'm so glad I chose Nelson's Catering for our wedding! Everyone raved about the food and especially the cheesy potatoes. I don't know how many times that we heard from our guests that it was the best meal at a wedding that they've ever had. And as a bonus, we got to keep all of the leftovers!

Our food was wonderful! The grilled chicken melted in your mouth and the beef brisket was the best I've ever had. Everyone raved about the food.
