Neil did our engagement photos and they were lovely. He couldn't do our wedding but sent in one of his associates and Kimberly did a phenomenal job! Our wedding album was done by Shannon and it is absolutely breath taking. Really happy with the end product.

The photographer insisted that we take all of our pictures after the ceremony before sunset. I asked him through multiple conversations via email and phone to please arrive a little early so that we could get a bulk of the pictures out of the way. He told me I was just being nervous and that I should just leave it to him. Well he did not show up early and sure enough we had no time to take pictures. And almost half of our pictures came out very dark. There is only one picture of me, the bride, by myself. It was just not a great experience and we did not get the pictures we wanted. We were so disappointed.
