Anna and Chris provide such an excellent and professional experience it’s magical! Me and my fiancé are so happy with all of the service from them and how attention they are to detail! They don’t miss anything, and they really do care about what they are doing. They are also the most friendly people in the world and make you so comfortable. Their communication is also excellent!

We met Chris & Anna at a bridal show and they were the first the vendors we met. We knew they were the perfect fit for us right off the bat. From our engagement photos to our wedding photos, everything was absolutely perfect! They are both the ultimate hype-girl/guy making us and our entire wedding party feel so comfortable which allowed us to have fun during the whole process. I would 100% recommend them!

Chris & Anna were an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. Our wedding was scheduled in the middle of the pandemic and they worked with us every step of the way and through out every change that occurred. We originally had a 100+ people wedding planned at a venue and ended up having a backyard wedding. With the amazing skills that Ernest & Aurelia Film provided our day was captured through photos and videos in such an exquisite manner. They captured a 20 people backyard wedding and turned into something truly magical. They were also super attentive to every detail that I requested (I'm a pretty "particular" person) but they fulfilled all my requests with such a kind manner. We felt as though we were working that day with our friends rather than two people we had just met. Together, they make an amazing team!! We could not be happier with their services and hope to continue to book them to capture specials moments in our lifetime.

Additionally - Anna noticed how much I was dedicated to making our wedding a "Christmas" fairytale and she made an incredible "movie poster" out of a photo she took of me this was a complete surprise and incredible gift!!

The beauty of being wildly late on completing my wedding reviews is you really realize the vendors you truly appreciated. I cherish being able to look at their work and enjoy everything they captured about our special day. I will always be so grateful for great work Anna and Chris did.

To start, when I contacted them in search of a engagement and wedding photographer they were easy to get ahold of, and quick to respond. We had minimal meetings prior to the wedding that were very productive. They asked all the right questions to make sure they fully understood what we were looking for.

When they arrived to the busy, hectic wedding set up they were calm and helpful. Not only did they spend time taking pictures of each group getting ready, but they spent plenty of times getting all of the important family and scenery photos. They are great at talking you through how to have effortless photos.

They really have a gift of capturing the emotion, complexity, and beauty of weddings. Our video showcased so many important moments that I never have to wish I could relive. They made sure to capture not only the couple, but many of the wedding guests, creating true keepsakes as the years go on.

The husband and wife duo did our engagement, and wedding photos, and well as our wedding video. They were flexible, and patient in capturing all the little things that were important to my husband and I. Anna even took a couple boudoir photos for me as a gift to my husband the day of the wedding.

Their hard work has made us loyal customers and supporters through the rest of their carrier.

We had originally planned for Chris and Anna to photograph our elopement next year. The COVID pandemic hit and they were very understanding of our need to delay payment and extended the due date past when we had even asked. We ended up choosing to cancel our elopement in light of the recent protests so that we may get married more quickly and again, Chris and Anna were so understanding of us having to cancel. Their responses throughout have always been prompt and empathetic. I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly standup people and we will be referring anyone we know to them!

Anna and Chris are absolutely amazing! They are such an awesome team to work with and have so much talent. We had the pleasure of working with them for our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos. The creativity and positive energy they bring is incomparable. They were so knowledgeable, fun and easy to work with. We are beyond happy with the way every moment they captured turned out. They aren't just great photographers, but awesome people as well. Chris and Anna were wonderful! We were lucky enough to have them shoot our wedding in August of 2018! From the beginning with our engagement shoot to the end with our wedding photos they offered so much support, advice and endless suggestions! Anna & Chris shot our wedding video back on 8/18/18. I cannot speak highly enough of their work and professionalism!

To begin, I was extremely particular of the kind of video I wanted. When we initially spoke, I gave them a few example videos for inspiration and they assured me that they could bring the vision to life.

When wedding day came, they made my husband and I feel so comfortable. They guided us, laughed along side of us, and made the experience so special. They thought of EVERYTHING! And I mean everything. From the beginning details, to making sure I took off my hair tie (lol) to making sure even in the stressful moments, I had a huge smile on my face.

After the wedding, I felt extremely confident in them and couldn’t wait to see the video. They delivered the video before the said timeline and I was BLOWN away with the results. They provided one short teaser video and one full 20 min video. The first time we watched, I sat there in tears because I couldn’t believe all the beautiful moments they captured and how well done it was - it really was everything we wanted and more! From the voice over, to capturing our story, to the drone view. We initially went with Ernest & Aurelia due to their economical price, but was really blown away by the quality, professionalism, love and heart they put into our day. I honestly would’ve paid triple for the work they did.

Til this day, I still have people commenting on how incredible the video was and that’s really all thanks to Anna and Chris. I can’t recommend this company and these two enough!! Thank you for making our day incredible, and making a video that will last a lifetime. Do yourself a favor and hire these two 🤪 I promise you won’t regret it!

I would highly recommend Anna and Chris. I had a small intimate wedding and many photographers were not willing to offer a small photo package but Anna and Chris were extremely flexible and captured our day wonderfully. They even photographed our fur baby! Anna and Chris work together in the best way and were very thoughtful.

I would highly recommend Anna and Chris to anyone looking for a photographer in the Chico area. They are so wonderful and kind and their work is seriously fantastic.
