Words cannot express how amazing this photographer is. He is so unbelievably creative, our photos turned out better than we ever imagines. He is there from start to finish- and the crazy thing is, he got all these amazing photos during the ceremony and reception that I didn't even see him take! His attention to detail is amazing- and we're having a church ceremony next year in Greece(our current wedding was non denominational) and we are even talking about choosing Nathan to capture those moments as well. He will not disappoint. If you're on the fence about a photographer, he will go above and beyond any expectation you might have. He's worth every penny.

We found Nathan through Wedding Wire very early on in our search or vendors. At that point, we didn’t have a date or venue secured. Although nobody made a bad impression with us for not having replied the first day we sent e-mails, Nathan got our attention when he responded to us on a Sunday night. In fact, Nathan scores off the charts (good) for his always prompt replies to e-mails.
We looked at his work online and my (then) fiancé was impressed. So we set up a meeting. After talking to Nathan for a short time and getting to know him, we decided not to look any further for a photographer. If pictures are worth a thousand words, Nathan’s are worth ten thousand. On top of that, his friendly and professional personality really convinced us not to look any further.
He is also flexible and can work with a range of budgets. Although we knew we were willing to spend a little more money on pictures, we still were not able to go crazy and break the bank. We told Nathan how much we wanted to spend and what we wanted and he showed us that we could make something work.
I also appreciate that Nathan is not only easy going, but puts everyone at ease around him. I spent a good part of my wedding day with him and really appreciated his sense of calm, as well as his wonderful sense of humor.
He is rganized, and checked with us to make sure he got everything we wanted. And lastly, he got us all of our pictures (engagement & wedding) in a very timely manner.

As my recently sprouted gray hairs can attest, planning a wedding can be incredibly, incredibly stressful. I never anticipated being THAT bride. You know, the one with the wedding planner, bridal magazines and season tickets to every bridal show in town.

While I've been excited, my experiences with most wedding vendors have been mediocre at best. After almost a year of planning, I firmly believe that many vendors don't put in the extra service oomph into what they do because being in the wedding business is a no-brainer, slam dunk sale. Sadly, few vendors were as enthusiastic as we were about our wedding. That is, until we met Nathan.

Of all our vendors, choosing to work with Nathan for our complex, trip-filled engagement session and wedding was the best decision we made. From the very first returned call (within 2 hours), I noticed that Nathan was going to be very different. He was upbeat, friendly and very enthusiastic. He suggested fresh ideas we hadn't heard any other photograph make (i.e. being Yelp-obsessed foodies, why not do an engagement session at all your favorite restaurants? Right?!?) and followed up quickly.

We could tell from his portfolio that he had a really good eye for light, color and composition. While he is very talented, what really sold us was his STELLAR customer service. I personally interviewed and vetted over a dozen photographers in both SF and LA and Nathan was the best. I'm not exaggerating when I say that his patience, enthusiasm and attention to detail has not wavered 6 months in and 100+ emails later. Being new to the wedding thing, I had a ton of questions and he answered every one. Then he did it again, again and again. I honestly don't know how he does it with all the clients he's booking.

I recently told my fiance, that I want whatever Nathan is on because he's been the only vendor who has been on a steady valium drip since this whole thing started. In this journey that is wedding planning, Nathan has been a big, bright beam of light and comfort to a very frazzled couple. We just got the photos from our e-session in SF and loved our photos so much and can't wait until he meets us in Cabo San Lucas for our wedding!!!

Nathan, and his posse of fellow photographers, Jeremy Chou and Erich Chen, did an AWESOME job capturing our 3-day wedding in Cabo. Most of the time, we forgot they were working because they fit in so well with our group of friends and family.

It's a great sign when your photographer shows up in some unforgettable photos having as good a time as you are. Through it all, partying at Cabo Wabo, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and his fare share of shots and margaritas, Nathan caught it all and we couldn't be happier with the results.
