Nataliya is incredible! She managaed to capture the emotions of our special day so well while making us look fantastic! And fantastic is an understatement, she really is an artist whos work belongs in magazines or art journals! On our day for example, we had some timing problems and the sun was going down so that we only had a few moments to get pics with the family, and for my husband and I in the garden where we were having our reception. I was worried given the time constraint of 15 minutes or so that we wouldn't have any pictures. When she sent us our pics I was blown away, we had something like 100 photos for just that 15 minutes! and most of which looked like they should be the cover of a magazine! I think her pictures are a combination of her mellow demeanor that is wonderful to work with paired with her expertise and skill from her years of training and experience. I truly cannot say enough to do her justice! Just hire her :)

Nataliya was a nightmare to work with. We should have taken it as a sign of things to come when she showed up to our initial meeting with the wrong portfolio and no contract. We should have taken it as another sign when we had to nag her for 2 weeks to send us a copy of said contract (this, after we had given her the deposit!). Things never got any better. She took forever to answer emails, when she answered them at all. She was 45 minutes late the day of the wedding. She never offered compensation, though when we went to the courthouse some time later to have our legal ceremony she offered to take free pictures, which we figured could be her compensation. Naturally she was late (again), and we never did get the courthouse pictures or even an answer when we asked about the status. That ceremony was about 10 months ago! We were also supposed to get a wedding album as part of our contract, but she wouldn't reply about that either. I finally wrote her an email saying I give up, and of course, crickets yet again. She clearly doesn't care one whit about customer service or professionalism. It really is shameful and quite frankly unethical when you consider how much wedding photography costs. She takes nice pictures, but there are plenty of others who do, too, and who will also treat you with professionalism and deliver what has been agreed upon (and paid for!).
