Experience

Nandi’s background in Fine Art and Fashion Design at the the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and Polimoda in Florence, Italy, translates into her event design perspective and aesthetic. Her team transforms the client's dreams into a visual reality by creating original floral designs and exquisite decor. Nandi has been in the wedding industry since 2015 and has executed many successful events for her clients since the company's inception.

EVENT DESIGN & FLORAL DESIGN

This equally creative and technical process begins with a detailed consultation, followed up by budget setting, inspiration board creation and a digital designed presentation where every element is visually portrayed and proposed. Nandi ensures that every element is unique and celebrates her clients and their special day through thoughtful color theory and extensive floral research.

EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION

Nandi and her team and pride themselves on designing and executing their clients' vision for their day. Nandi's main goal for her clientele is that they just show up beautiful, refreshed and stress free and leave all the details to her and her team. Her full-service event co-ordination includes event design, styling, theme development, event management and execution. Nandi is an industry insider that provides full support and is by her clients' side through the entire journey. The partial planning service is for the wedding couple that have already established commitments with a number of vendors and require some additional vendor sources or expert event planning management, design and execution. The Day of Coordination planning service covers the planning period one month prior to the event in addition to event management, design and execution. This is for the couple that has most of their event planned but needs minimal assistance. Nandi Chin Events also offers custom planning packages to suit clients' needs or budgets. CUSTOM BRIDAL DESIGN

We offer custom bridal gown and accessory design. Brides get the opportunity to work directly with Nandi to create their one of a kind gown. The design process begins with a one on one consultation with Nandi. The Client is then presented with a sketch of the gown along with proposed fabrics. Once this is all finalized, the final cost of the gown is determined. The final cost can change depending on changes and additions made to the gown after this stage. The first fitting is done in the form of a toile in basic fabric or muslin. Custom gowns are made to the client’s specific measurements. Custom gowns can typically take three to four fittings. Nandi has accommodated many out of town brides in custom designing their dream gowns.
