Weddings made with LOVE! We are 3rd generation New Mexican, and growing up with a Nana (MOTHER OF 15 KIDS) who knew her Specialties and her chiles, it was very easy for me to see and feel her love in her foods, my mom carried the same traditions. My Dad died when I was 9, so my siblings and I didn't have much material things since we were money poor, however, the one thing my pregnant, widowed Mom had was her love for cooking that my Nana taught her. I can remember getting dropped off after school a few blocks over and I could smell these wonderful aromas of my Mom's cooking all over our neighborhood.... I'd come running home all the way! There my Mom would have a fresh batch of Green Chile with Chucks of meat, Pork was my favorite, a fresh pot of beans, and her AMAZING Spanish Rice, plus a stack of fresh homemade flour tortillas, YUMMY. She'd always be smiling seeing us so happy and content eating her food. As I mentioned we didn't have a lot of monetary possessions but one thing we had for sure was my Mothers LOVE and her COOKING!!!

Since my Nana, my Dad, and my Mother have all passed away, I now carry on their legacies and their TRADITIONS! EVERYTHING I make I create with LOVE, and since WEDDINGS are created with LOVE catering them just makes sense! I am now a Nana, also, a Mom of 7, married to one very patient and loving man name George for over 34 years. I promise to cover you like a warm, fuzzy blanket when it comes to your food!
