We hired Emanuel for our wedding this past Sunday, and he was genuinely one of the best decisions we made. He was one of the very few vendors I never needed to micromanage or continually follow up with. He was professional, proactive, courteous, and incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end.

Our wedding included guests from very different cultural and religious backgrounds, so finding a DJ was challenging. We needed someone who could seamlessly transition between traditional Jewish, Arabic, Russian, and American music while making everyone feel included. Emanuel absolutely delivered.

He met us at the venue beforehand and actually gave US advice about the setup, including where to position his equipment, the bar, and our mehitza (dancing barrier) to optimize the space. His company also provided our lighting AND a percussionist. Having one vendor handle all three was an enormous relief and saved us thousands compared with the separate DJ and lighting quotes we received.

I gave Emanuel a Google Doc with roughly 80 songs spanning all the different styles we wanted. He ACTUALLY LISTENED TO IT. We had a Zoom call where he went through the music with me, gave constructive feedback, and suggested additional songs that fit the vibe perfectly. The week before the wedding, HE reached out to US to finalize details and even helped us structure the reception timeline around our buffet and dancing.

On the wedding day, I never had to check on him or his team once. They arrived, set up, tested the sound, and handled everything.

But the biggest testament to Emanuel was the dance floor.

Our ultra-Orthodox guests were dancing during the first hour, including our rabbi and his wife. After the mehitza came down, we transitioned into Arabic, Russian, American, and other music. My 90-year-old grandmother was on her feet dancing. My religious sister-in-law, whom I have NEVER seen dance at a wedding without a mehitza, continued dancing after it was removed. The next morning she told me every time she tried to sit down, Emanuel played another song she loved and she couldn't help herself.

Multiple guests told us almost the EXACT same thing: "Every time I wanted to sit down or leave, another song I loved came on." I can't think of a better compliment for a DJ.

People called us the next morning saying it was one of the most FUN weddings they'd ever attended. My family, my husband's family, our religious guests, and our friends all had music they loved. Emanuel somehow made everyone feel included without the night ever feeling disjointed.

He was fantastic at reading the room and MCing, and I HIGHLY recommend adding the percussionist. He brought incredible energy, particularly to the Arabic music, and our guests were raving about him.

I also specifically asked Emanuel not to make the music painfully loud because we had elderly guests. He listened. My grandmother could sit comfortably while the dance floor was still energetic and the sound quality was excellent.

I originally discovered Musica Entertainment through an AI search for a DJ who could cater to multiple ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and I feel incredibly lucky it led me to Emanuel.

The best decision that we made for our wedding!! Emanuel had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. Everyone raved about our DJ from our friends to our parents' friends. Emanuel was our DJ for our wedding and he is one of the best DJ’s I have ever used! We use him for our family parties, whether it be an engagement party, birthday party, etc. He is very easy to work with and kept reassuring me that everything would workout on my wedding day and that he didn’t want to add any stress to an already stressful event!
