Munoz was the very first vendor I chose for our wedding. I actually picked my wedding date based upon their availability. They are the most professional and fun group to work with. John made me feel so confident and I trusted him completely. The sneak peeks he gave me the day after the wedding....they were most beautiful and stunning photos I had ever seen. John and his team were so patient with me and allowed me to be myself, and he was able to capture all of the love and excitement at our wedding. John's eye for detail is unmatched. All of my guests were so impressed. Munoz is truly the best. I was blessed to have them.

To be honest, I think the Munoz team has several great photographers as I've seen their previous work. I did not realize upon booking them for my wedding that I wasn't getting one of the Munoz photographers and unfortunately feel I didn't get that 5-star magic that I see in a lot of other customers photos. There were quite a few things that happened that I'm not happy with for the amount of money that I spent. I paid to receive my sneak peek photos and didn't receive them until after the time frame I was promised, mind you I had to email to get them (sucked as a bride having guest post photos before I got to post, as I was supposed to have them the morning after and got them almost 5-6 days later) also with the videographer, I kept being told it will be ready over and over and had to chase to get it wrapped up. Once done it was beautiful, but it was frustrating having to follow up every other week and being told it would be done and then weeks go by nothing, then having to send multiple emails out to not get a response. Another major thing is SO many photo ops I feel we missed and never got, I don't have many photos of the wedding party together (just 2 shots 1 smiling and 1 celebrating and thats it), not many of just me and my father posing (most the ones of us are us crying walking down the aisle) or me and my siblings ect. One of the main ones that baffles me is not one photo of me and the groom at our sweetheart table where we're posing for the camera, just ones of us there crying while listening to speeches. What I think happened is they sent 2 crews, one for photography and 1 for videography and some of them were great, others it seemed were ready to party. Also there was a couple dating that worked for Munoz, I don't want to say the whole crew was an issue as I can't remember names but there was 2 for sure that were very professional and had to keep snapping at the other crew to get it together so they can wrap some stuff up. I expressed all of this to them and hate to be one to leave bad reviews. I even paid for an album with them that I never ended up doing as I really don't like a lot of the photos enough to fill the album up and this sucks as I spent over $2k for an album and can't get the money back. I've had a bunch of friends use Munoz and the work is BEAUTIFUL, but I truly believe that's when the owners (Munoz brothers) are shooting the work. So in summary make sure in your contract to know who is going to be your photographer. (I wanted that dream shot with my long veil flowing and blowing and really didn't get it, the prettiest photo I have is on the stairs, but everything is off center, and the veil is bundled up on one side while on the other side its beautiful and fully displayed.)

This company has a unique style to their pictures. Not your typical wedding photos. They are a work of art. HIGHLY recommend Munoz and ask for Mario!
