I received a bouquet of flowers from my son for Mothers Day, they arrived looking pitiful, limp and water was dirty. I waited 3 days to call and voice my dissatisfaction to them. I did not want my son to know , as it probably cost him a pretty penny. I spoke with a gentleman and explained the situation on a Friday. Come Monday morning I received a beautiful replacement bouquet and today 4 days later they are still gorgeous! Thank you for your quick response and turning my opinion of Mrs D'S around.

Mrs. D's provided the flowers for my wedding as well as some of the centerpieces for the reception. She also made bows and provided greenery for the candelabras at the church. I got a ton of complements on both the ceremony and reception flowers. She did a great job!

The flowers were beautiful--just what I asked for. Mrs. D's delivered everything and was very professional.

I worked with Charlotte, the owner of Mrs. D's, and was so happy with all of my flower arrangements. My main color was aqua so based on her suggestion I went with all white flowers and am so glad I listened to her. My bouquet was so much better than anything I could have pictured... she used peonies, oriental lilies, roses, and ranunculus and I was so excited when I saw it. Alot of people commented on the centerpieces at the reception and the alter arrangements were unbelievable. Overall, can't say enough about Mrs. D's and would definately recommend them.

The flowers were not fresh, brown spots on bouquets. Fresh flowers for cake were not ones ordered. We ordered colored flowers even showed a picture, we got white roses and other little flowers, sent someone back to get colorful flowers, they did give us baby rose buds. Cheaper in price then other florists. But that’s what you’ll get.
