Anthony was incredibly helpful during our planning process- he recommended drinks based on the flavors we told him we liked and threw in a few suggestions to try that we ended up loving! We had 5 signature drinks at our wedding in addition to the open bar and our guests absolutely RAVED about the drinks.
We were given a comprehensive breakdown of exactly what everything cost and a shopping list if we wanted to shop for the items ourselves.
The service throughout the night was great- the bartenders always made sure the guests and especially my new husband I had a drink in hand. The bartenders were super friendly and kept things flowing without long waits. All bottles and anything that was left over at the end of the night was neatly packed up and provided back to us!
Overall I would highly recommend Mr. Bartender. Amazing drinks and a fantastic experience.! Will definitely use again in the future!

Mr. Bartender was such a great company to work with for our wedding. We mainly corresponded with Alex and he was so helpful with figuring out how much alcohol we needed to buy. Our venue was a bit strange in that it technically had a bar top, but there were no hoses, no source of water, no fridge or place to keep ice or keep things cool. We had to buy bags of ice and keep them in coolers, and big bottles of water to fill up the water stations. And Mr. Bartender worked with all those things beautifully. Our bartender, Nick, was amazing and did so much given the fact that there were 70 people all wanting a drink at once and we only provided these tiny cups so they had to keep going back to the line (note to everyone: buy bigger cups for the beer!!). When we had spills on the dancefloor, he came to clean them up, and when I, the bride, went up to the bar, he always served me first. So sweet! And to top it off, their services were so reasonably priced AND they offered a photobooth service for only $100 more. Amazing! It’s not the most high-quality photobooth, but it did the trick since we didn’t want to pay $800-$1,000 for one. Nick the bartender was even helping people figure out how to use it at first. Mr. Bartender was amazing and you should hire them.

There were many consultations beforehand & Anthony has an extensive drink list to choose from. He is also flexible with specific drinks or preferences not on his menu.
It's important to understand that there is cost for staff (we had 2 bartenders & a barback), additional cost for renting a bar & back bar (we had a large bar, a shelf for alcohol, and a 6' table), with the added cost of the alcohol (BevMo delivery to site) and any specialty syrups that are made by Anthony for his recipes. Syrups can run around $10-12 each, but are completely worth the cost. I promise the drinks are AMAZING and worth every penny. Ice will also need to be delivered to the site. What you are paying for is Anthony's extensive mixology knowledge, his consultations, and his recipes. Once the menu is selected, it's really DIY - you'll need to get the alcohol and ice to your venue. We chose delivery which really made the process simple. Anthony also provided service staff and a bar back.

It's also important to understand how he works. Anthony is truly magical with his mixes. He's also very honest about his responsiveness/expectations. He will answer what you ask. If you want to talk things through, call him! He ALWAYS answers. Email can be slow, so it's helpful to be comprehensive so that when he responds, your real questions are answered. Knowing this upfront will help save time.

It was a pleasure working with Mr. Bartender for my wedding on September 4th. He was super responsive to emails, answered all my questions in great detail and really explained the whole process as well as being very up front and candid about the cost. Which is super helpful when planning a wedding! The bartenders were prompt and professional and my coordinatior said they were the best guys to work with. I'd highly recommend Mr. Bartender to anyone looking to bring that service in. Also, if you can use the shopping service... they go get EVERYTHING for you. Takes all the stress out of wondering if you'love have enough, and lugging it around!

The planning phase for the event was painless and stress free. Anthony was available by phone day or night and always responsive to email. He really made an effort to get an understanding of what I wanted for the event both in terms of vibe and of course the kind of drinks our guests would enjoy. We opted in for the shopping service and everything was taken care of, Anthony sourced the best ingredients at reasonable prices with complete documentation and transparency.

Our wedding had a rather complicated plan which required the bars to be rotated to multiple locations based on where the guests would be for each part of the event (cocktail hour, dinner, then dancing). Anthony took all of that into account when putting the staffing plan together and worked seamlessly with our coordinators to ensure a bar was always close and our guests never went thirsty.

Guests had a menu of 6 craft cocktails to choose from, featuring a few of Mr. Bartender's greatest hits from his cocktail list along with a couple of new cocktails curated specially for our wedding. All of the cocktails were delicious, but the service was even better! The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating, even serving virgin craft cocktails to our guests who weren't drinking that evening.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Bartender to anyone planning a wedding. My only regret was that I didn't get to spend more time at the bar!

At any event, having the right type of cocktails is essential in its success and Mr. Bartender made that happen. From the beginning, Anthony was great to work with. He listened and answered all of my questions and provided great advice on selecting cocktails. He has an extensive cocktail list for you to choose from and if you want something different, he can do it. We choose one of his cocktails and requested two of our own.

On the day of the event, Anthony and his staff arrived on time to set up the bar. They were extremely professional and were efficient in serving the drinks. About the drinks, they were amazing! The guests could not stop commenting on how delicious they were.
