I had a TERRIBLE experience with this printer. Several times, I expected communication from the employees (per the manager's instruction) and received none. Because they didn't communicate, they screwed up the printing on my very nice expensive paper. The manager reprinted on his own paper, but it took away from the overall look (I'd ordered linen paper, he printed on some sort of pebbled paper). Some invites had linen, some had pebbled paper, some had a random combo. The hole-punches he made (invites were assemble by ribbon) were uneven and off centered, so I had to lightly glue the pages as they should be, and hand hole punch all 175 invitations myself. In the end, the manager called ME a Bridezilla when I called him out on the shoddy work his employees did. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.
