This is a really beautiful jewelry store, and the people who own it and work there are very helpful, kind, and courteous. Their service is really fast, and very high quality. They designed a custom engagement ring for my fiancé and it is absolutely stunning. I will go back there for years!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our wedding bands. Moses is not a retail jeweler, but is in fact a custom jeweler. When my husband and I went looking for wedding bands we had a very specific style in mind that we could not find on the open market. We were leary of speaking to a custom jeweler, fearing the cost would be prohibitive, we were so wrong. Moses custom cast our rings giving us exactly what we wanted with a level of quality that is unsurpassed. We would have expected to pay several thousand dollars for this. Moses' charges for this were surprisingly low. He is a true artist, and we look forward to doing business with him in the future.

missing diamonds, blocked calls, unfulfilled guarantees

I am a military spouse stationed out of state. In December '24 I went to have a routine cleaning and diamond check on my engagement ring. To my surprise, I was told the ring would need to be remade as the structural integrity of it was compromised. I was charged $800 and told the ring would be ready in 2 weeks (1/15). My husband drove 7 hours to pick up my ring on 1/25. He was informed the ring was not ready but would be by the following Tuesday (2/1). He asked his mother who lives in the area to pick up the ring on 2/5. Once again, we were told it was not ready. We were refunded $200 for the trouble and assured the ring would be ready the next time we were in town. Over the next 3 months, the ring had to be remade 3 times as the promise to recreate it exactly like the original went unfulfilled. Details were filled in. Diamonds were unaccounted for. Finally, in April, I spoke to Mr. Moses himself. He assured he would personally oversee the creation of the ring to the original design and assured me he could have it ready for me in 6 days. Well, 6 days turned into 6 weeks with no call, no update, no information passed onto me. When I called 6 weeks after the promised date, I was told "We're actually about to make it right now." I was then promised the ring would be ready for pick up on 6/10 and that I would receive a call on that date. I never received a call. In fact, I had to call on 6/10. I was told to wait a few minutes for a call back. Half an hour came and went. I attempted to call the store and found my number had been blocked. I then used my mother's cell phone to call the store and was greeted by an employee on the second ring. I was told to wait 2 more hours for a call that never came. On 6/10 I was called well after the time I was told I would hear from someone. I met with Mr. Moses on the morning of 6/10 who claimed he could not take responsibility for the employee failures of the last 6 months (even though his name is on the door). He claimed he could only take responsibility for the last 6 weeks and that the reason his guarantee was unfulfilled was some machinery was down. He said it was not his fault, and the mechanical issues were out of his control. However, not once did Mr. Moses or any of his employees call to tell me about the alleged machinery failure or how it would set back the guarantee date of the completion of my ring. He refused to give me any more money back. At this point, I do not believe my ring ever needed to be remade in the first place. I then realized 4 of the original diamonds on the original ring were missing. I am still trying to get those diamonds back. Once again, my number was blocked, and at one point, I was leaving a voice mail and was hung up on in the middle of leaving a message. Do not go into business with this company. You will be left cheated, swindled, or, in my case, dealing with missing stones. Promises will be made and unmet. Deadlines will be given only to have them pushed back. How 6 weeks turned into 6 months with the owner claiming he can't take responsibility is beyond me. Buyer beware.

Not a professional business

Very bad people to deal with
Joey and Moses Rodriguez are very not trusted people to work with
They bought for my company $30,000 of merchandise with Diamond And Gold and never pay me for the merchandise .
Very rude people who think the can do bad things do people and get away with that.
I don't recommend anyone to deal with this store or with the other two or three stores that they run.
They not honest.

My experience with Moses Jewelers has been nothing less than a nightmare. Nice people, but extremely poor quality. I got married at the end of August 2009 and we'd chosen him to make my wedding ring for me, as we provided the diamonds from my mother's wedding ring from my dad. This ring was so beautiful, I cherished it from the moment I saw it. It has been brought to Moses 5-6 times in the last 6 months. I've been married a minimum of 7 months and had a baby in February. The last few months of my pregnancy I was unable to wear my ring as my fingers were too swollen. After I had my baby, I tried my ring on every single day hoping it would finally fit so I could wear it again. The day it fit, which was about a week ago, I noticed one of the stones was loose. So I took it in (again) to have it repaired. The lady actually pointed out that 2 stones were loose. Again, these are irreplaceable heirloom diamonds. They repaired it, however, the original look of the ring was white gold with yellow gold prongs. The ring was given back to me a day later than promised, with no yellow gold on the ring. No more than 4 hours after wearing it, one of the stones was GONE. Luckily, it was on the floor of the backseat of our car.
I also picked out my husband's wedding band from Moses Jewelers. It was white gold with yellow gold around the top and bottom edges. His ring was taken in twice in 2 months because the yellow gold kept rubbing off.

The store is nice, the people are nice, but their work quality is very poor and disappointing. If it wasn't so expensive to have my wedding ring done somewhere else, I'd never step foot in Moses Jewelers again. I am extremely disappointed and I do not recommend Moses Jewelers to anybody.
