We contracted with Morris Malakoff to shoot our daughter's wedding. He took the pictures fine and even posted the proofs promptly online for our review. He was contracted to deliver post-processing of the digital images and digital negatives of these images. We have received NONE of the things stipulated in the contract other than the shoot itself. It has been well over a year. At first, he sporadically responded to our inquiries, but over the past several months, he has completely ceased to return our e-mails or phone calls. We mistakenly paid in full up front. Now, he has our money and we have nothing.
