This business was great at emailing the proofs to us as I was in Alabama at school at the time of us needing to get invites. Lillian was great to work with and answering all of my questions very quickly.

You have good choices and they can print almost anything you need.

Treated Incredibly Disrespectful and Product Was Always Wrong
Excuse me while I tell you about a really negative experience with a company in Morgantown where the work isn't done correctly and, even more importantly to me, you're treated disrespectfully.
I am incredibly unhappy with Morgantown Printing and Binding. I had used them previously, giving them business from my studio. A friend of mine, who is a graphic designer, went to them to print and cut the Save The Dates for my wedding. They said to give them two weeks. Fast forward over a month...they were on their EIGHTH attempt to get them correct. They changed the size, they cut them terribly, and so on. The last choice was for them to print the Save The Dates, and we would have to cut them out ourselves. We wanted some portion of a refund, as we were doing most of the work ourselves, we had to wait over a month (for them still to be wrong), we were now late sending out the Save the Dates to guests, and I was unable to know if I needed to book a second hotel for guests (there were two weddings at this hotel, so there's a definite chance of us running out of rooms). Also, throughout all of this, the designer had to make numerous trips to Morgantown to talk to them to try to make this right. Originally, they were going to give us an $8.00 refund. EIGHT. They said that's what it cost to cut them. The designer eventually got them to give us a 50% refund, and she took the Save The Dates home. She went to start cutting them...turns out MPB got them wrong AGAIN! At this point, you have to start wondering if they were screwing it up on purpose. The designer and I went in to see what the issue was and to get a bigger refund, again seeing as we had to do most of the work and because they messed up again. We spoke with Steve. He made multiple condescending comments, told us they just wanted to wash their hands of us, informed us he has never hit a woman (why would ANYONE feel the need to say that??), and by the end he cursed at me numerous times. He made multiple misogynistic comments, including towards his daughter and wife. He told me that, in regards to my mental illness, I either needed to get on medication or 'get over it.' The designer had tried cutting a few of the Save The Dates with an exacto knife, like they suggested. He told her the cuts weren't good and that her hands were very shaky...she has a disability that affects her nervous system. Once he started cursing and making accusations, I gave him back the Save The Dates, told him we'd go elsewhere, and that I want a full refund NOW. I will NEVER use them again. Also, as we left, not ONE employee had a mask on out front. After we left we went to Staples (we were trying to support local businesses originally). We got them printed, at a cheaper price, in 20 minutes. The customer service representative was incredibly kind and helpful and even gave us a discount because of the issues we faced at MPB. We cut them and finished them last night. Lesson learned.
**I know this is for my wedding, but I am a VERY laid back person/bride. I have never gone into a business asking for an explanation before, let alone a refund. I don't think after 8 attempts most people would have been as calm as I was, but by the end I was angry and disgusted. Please don't use this company.
