Walking into a AD Rolex store can be intimidating for some people (I am dressed right ect I myself shorts guy)but I can tell you from my experience here I have always been treated with the upmost respect and fantastic customer service. I truly appreciate Mr Moretti himself coming out to personally say hello and chat and get to know his customers, Great guy. Took in my daughters Rolex for service and when I received back needed an additional link and Mr Shields went beyond to get the link as quickly as possible. Still hoping to buy my Dream watch here whenever it becomes available but Highly Recommend this location for all your Luxury watch and Jewelry needs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! My fiance spent over $7,000 on an engagement ring from this place. Not even 6 months later my diamond fell out. When I called the store owner to voice my complaint I was told "this was all my fault" & that it didn't matter how short of a time period I had had this incredibly expensive piece of jewelry. Accidents happen & the diamond "could have fallen out the next day" and he would not have been willing to help us. Not only did he not offer to replace the diamond or offer a discounted price on a replacement, he didn't even offer so much as an apology. Appalling customer service!!
