Hiring Moore & Company—specifically Libby Barowski—was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We started working with Libby about six weeks out, and our only regret is not bringing her on even sooner. From the moment she stepped in, she took over every detail with confidence, clarity, and care. Jenn Virts from Moore and Co is a real team player. She is a lovely person and her calm and joyful demeanor bring just what is needed to a sometimes chaotic and emotional time. A wedding planner may seem like an extravagant expense, but it is truly helpful to have someone who can wrangle the many details down, pull it all together, and sit squarely in your court. After seeing how well she pulled all the details together and created a full schedule of the day, we can’t even imagine having to tackle all of that ourselves. Jenn is extremely organized, accessible, and responsive. She knows the questions to ask, and how to navigate among the various vendors. She was a real asset on the day of the wedding and made sure every detail was just perfect. We were really pleased to have her as part of the team and would recommend her unequivocally.

Hiring Moore & Co. and working with Courtney was hands down the best decision I made for our wedding! After not sleeping for months because I was so worried about everything, I knew I needed help. I was able to talk with Courtney and hire her 8 weeks out from our wedding. I loved that M&C had different packages for styling. They had worked at our venues (Loyola and the Evergreen Museum) before so that was an added bonus!

Courtney and Jen were always available, especially the days leading up to the wedding, and took care of everything. I was actually worried because of how EASY everything was. They took care of everything! They helped bring my vision to life, gave me so much piece of mind, and were affordable. I don't know what I would have done without them on my wedding day! On top of that, working with Courtney was like working a friend - she was so nice and easy to talk to! Day of, they packed up everything at the end of the night, made sure everything was perfect and coordinated all of our vendors. They are truly amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Hiring Moore & Co was the best decision we made as part of our planning process. I only regret that we didn’t utilize the full planning services and instead opted for the month of planning! I reached out to Moore & Co about 4 months prior to our wedding date. After meeting with Courtney, she was the obvious choice! Her knowledge of local venues and vendors (including most I had already chosen or was considering), as well as current wedding trends made it very clear she is a seasoned and capable wedding professional (besides that the manager at our venue also emphatically recommended her). In the months leading up to our wedding, I assembled the basic, big ticket vendors, but Courtney was happy and willing to help me fill in the blanks with wonderful recommendations (even though this was technically out of scope of our contract). When we reconvened a few weeks out to review day of timeline and contract transfer, it was clear that I had missed some key tasks (like transportation – oops!). Courtney didn’t miss a beat and jumped right in to help nail down what I wasn’t able to, and even called in some favors when it got down to the wire. She attended our rehearsal where she asked several key questions and even made some suggestions that I think made our ceremony more special, and seamlessly coordinated our vendors / deliveries / bridal party etc on the day of. Everything was flawless, and if anything had gone awry earlier in the day, we were none the wiser.
Besides everything previously mentioned, Courtney is a total sweetheart to spend time with and possesses the most calming demeanor that kept me extremely confident that things would go as planned, even as I was freaking out inside and I’m sure she wasn’t all too pleased with my procrastinating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you trust your big day to Courtney and her team! They are worth every penny.
