I cannot recommend Moore & Co. Event Stylists enough! From our very first meeting, they brought such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to every aspect of our wedding planning journey.

Their attention to detail was extraordinary. Nothing was overlooked, from the timeline to the tiniest decorative touches, everything was thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed. They anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had and handled every challenge with grace and creativity.

What truly set them apart was their guidance throughout the process. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but they made it enjoyable and stress-free. They listened to our vision, offered expert advice when we needed it, and always made us feel supported and understood.

On our wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment because we had complete confidence that everything was being handled beautifully. Our guests are still raving about how seamless and magical the entire celebration felt.

Working with Moore and Co was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Courtney and Jenn made the entire planning process seamless and, honestly, so much fun. Their energy, creativity, and organization made every meeting something we genuinely looked forward to. Over the year and a half we worked together, Courtney and Jenn became family.

They brought our vision to life in such an intentional way. They elevated every idea we had, while still keeping us involved and making sure the final result felt authentically “us.”

I was very cautious initially, because I didn’t want to lose our vision. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Throughout the planning process, we always felt heard, supported, and completely confident in their guidance. They took our vision, and made it even better. The final results on our wedding day were beyond our wildest dreams.

On our wedding day, they were incredible. They handled every detail flawlessly so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment.

I worked with Courtney and Jen at Moore & Co to plan my wedding and I seriously could not have done it without them! From the first meeting, they made us feel completely at ease. They were the perfect combination of personable and professional and genuinely cared about making our wedding day unforgettable. Every detail, from the timeline to the decor, was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Courtney and Jen are clearly experts at what they do. Wedding Coordinator

Hiring Moore & Company—specifically Libby Barowski—was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We started working with Libby about six weeks out, and our only regret is not bringing her on even sooner. From the moment she stepped in, she took over every detail with confidence, clarity, and care. We actually felt guilty for how relaxed we were, because she always had everything handled before we even thought to ask.

Excellent Service

Jenn Virts from Moore and Co is a real team player. She is a lovely person and her calm and joyful demeanor bring just what is needed to a sometimes chaotic and emotional time. A wedding planner may seem like an extravagant expense, but it is truly helpful to have someone who can wrangle the many details down, pull it all together, and sit squarely in your court. After seeing how well she pulled all the details together and created a full schedule of the day, we can’t even imagine having to tackle all of that ourselves. Jenn is extremely organized, accessible, and responsive. She knows the questions to ask, and how to navigate among the various vendors. She was a real asset on the day of the wedding and made sure every detail was just perfect. We were really pleased to have her as part of the team and would recommend her unequivocally.

Hire them right now!!

Hiring Moore & Co. and working with Courtney was hands down the best decision I made for our wedding! After not sleeping for months because I was so worried about everything, I knew I needed help. I was able to talk with Courtney and hire her 8 weeks out from our wedding. I loved that M&C had different packages for styling. They had worked at our venues (Loyola and the Evergreen Museum) before so that was an added bonus!

Courtney and Jen were always available, especially the days leading up to the wedding, and took care of everything. I was actually worried because of how EASY everything was. They took care of everything! They helped bring my vision to life, gave me so much piece of mind, and were affordable. I don't know what I would have done without them on my wedding day! On top of that, working with Courtney was like working a friend - she was so nice and easy to talk to! Day of, they packed up everything at the end of the night, made sure everything was perfect and coordinated all of our vendors. They are truly amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Five Star Service!

Hiring Moore & Co was the best decision we made as part of our planning process. I only regret that we didn’t utilize the full planning services and instead opted for the month of planning! I reached out to Moore & Co about 4 months prior to our wedding date. After meeting with Courtney, she was the obvious choice! Her knowledge of local venues and vendors (including most I had already chosen or was considering), as well as current wedding trends made it very clear she is a seasoned and capable wedding professional (besides that the manager at our venue also emphatically recommended her). In the months leading up to our wedding, I assembled the basic, big ticket vendors, but Courtney was happy and willing to help me fill in the blanks with wonderful recommendations (even though this was technically out of scope of our contract). When we reconvened a few weeks out to review day of timeline and contract transfer, it was clear that I had missed some key tasks (like transportation – oops!). Courtney didn’t miss a beat and jumped right in to help nail down what I wasn’t able to, and even called in some favors when it got down to the wire. She attended our rehearsal where she asked several key questions and even made some suggestions that I think made our ceremony more special, and seamlessly coordinated our vendors / deliveries / bridal party etc on the day of. Everything was flawless, and if anything had gone awry earlier in the day, we were none the wiser.
Besides everything previously mentioned, Courtney is a total sweetheart to spend time with and possesses the most calming demeanor that kept me extremely confident that things would go as planned, even as I was freaking out inside and I’m sure she wasn’t all too pleased with my procrastinating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you trust your big day to Courtney and her team! They are worth every penny.

Fantastic!

Courtney was our event stylist at Moore & Co and she was fantastic from the get go. We realized less than 6 weeks before our wedding that we could probably use some extra help and after we met with Courtney, she was able to hit the ground running with coordinating with all of our vendors. She also was great at answering all of our questions and providing guidance in what she could help with versus what we should focus on. The week of our wedding could have been incredibly stressful, with lots of last minute adjustments, but Courtney handled them like the pro that she is. Because of her, our wedding ran so smoothly, and we were able to focus on having a fantastic time!

Best Choice I made for my Special Day!!!!

Courtney Shaw was our Wedding Planner, and I could not have better things to say about Moore and Co. They were AMAZING leading up to our wedding day and the day of. We began working with them several months out and they were beyond responsive. Courtney drove out to meet us at our wedding venue in St. Michaels, MD which really made a great impression on my and my family. It was INSANE how much she knew about the industry and all of the local vendors, I was in awe and immediately knew I made the right choice. On the day of the wedding she was so organized and made all of us feel at ease throughout the entire event. Amazing! Highly Recommend!

Wow, I don't even know how to express our gratitude to Moore & Co. for helping to plan and design our special day. It was beyond magical and everything came together beautifully and without any issues. From making sure we stayed on time to taking care of me and my bridesmaids/family throughout the day, they went above and beyond what we could have expected. Courtney definitely went out of her way on the days leading up to the wedding and throughout our wedding day to accommodate our needs and make sure our day was fantastic. They also recommended other vendors to suit our budget and preferences, all of which were very professional and contributed something special and unique to our day. As a planner with Moore and Co. it would seem obvious that I would choose them to plan my own wedding, but it was actually a tough decision as I didn't want them to feel as though there was that added pressure of helping one of their own plan their wedding. From the day that I got engaged, the M&C team helped me through every little detail so that I didn't feel like planning my own wedding was part of my job. The team advocated on my behalf, and never let me stress about a thing. On my wedding day, I did not have to think about a single detail as I knew everything was taken care of. From setup to cleanup all I needed to focus on was building forever memories with my new husband, family, and friends, and not about the logistics of the day. Having a planner is INVALUABLE and while I may be biased, I truly couldn't be more thankful for all the work that the Moore and Co. team put in for my family and I on my wedding day.

Highly Recommend!!

I could not have made it through all of the wedding planning, especially the last month, and through my wedding day without Moore & Co. We met with Moore & Co before doing any planning, and chose to do the full planning package. It was a tremendous help to have them suggest vendors and set up meetings, etc. I also had no idea how to put in to words what my photography style or vision for the wedding was and they helped us to do this. When I really realized how much of a help Courtney and the rest of the team were, was the last month of planning. They generated our weekend timeline and coordinated everything with all of our vendors. They guided the rehearsal, coordinated all the last minute printings and such, picked everything up and coordinated getting all of it there and set out. I literally didn’t have to do a thing but make decisions. They also made our wedding weekend an absolute dream and not having to take phone calls or coordinate anything made the day a dream for everyone. I didn’t have to ask anyone to light candles, or show anyone where to put things, or set up a single thing. I literally could not have done it without the whole team at Moore & Co and they were a joy to work with. The experience a wedding planner brings to the whole process is invaluable and I highly recommend hiring Moore & Co!

September 2018 Wedding

We did the month-of package (which actually started a few weeks earlier), which was more worth while than we ever could have imagined. It was one of those things people always say to do but you don't realize how much you needed it until that weekend. We worked with Jenn and she is the absolute sweetest (her assistant husband was also awesome). We did not worry about a single thing the day of the wedding and if anything was amiss no one had any idea! Jenn helped ensure all of the tiny details (that make the last month so stressful) were in place so that we could enjoy our whole weekend. If you want a stress-free wedding day, this is the way to do it!

As Mother of the Bride, the best decision I made was to hire Courtney at Moore & Co. as our wedding planner. She and the entire team are fantastic! Courtney was by our side through our planning journey. I can honestly say she saved my daughter and myself time – we both work and it was great to have Courtney give us a short list of proven vendors and take care of the many little details, instead of trying to do it all on our own. She saved us money – not only was she respectful of our budget, but she shared when to rent, when to buy, what makes a difference and what doesn’t – we actually came in under budget! And, she gave us peace of mind – she had a can do, “I’ve got this one” attitude, no matter what crazy stuff came our way during the planning process. As for the actual day – wow – I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Courtney and Jenn outdid themselves – everything ran like clockwork. Jenn of Moore & Co. was truly a life saver!!! I say that in all seriousness (which is borderline crazy) however I don't think I realized how stressed I was until a few months out which is when Jenn stepped in at LITERALLY the perfect time! I could and would not have been able to have the wedding of my dreams without her!! Jenn made sure everything was perfect, and kept everything I didn't want or need to see out of site out of mind - which I can't tell you how crucial that is during the day of! Throughout the entire planning process she was a constant support; which was truly amazing, and always there when I needed her! I say with full sincerity; you will NOT regret hiring a planner, which I highly recommend, and you will be SO glad you chose from Moore & Co.!! I actually don't think there's enough positive things I could say about Jenn and about working with the entire Moore & Co. staff! Look no further. Absolutely the best decision in the wedding planning process was hiring Moore & Co. The entire team was fantastic, attentive and felt like family after 13 months of wedding planning. Everyone we interacted with was phenomenal, but Courtney and Jenn executed our wedding day flawlessly. If something went wrong, we had no idea- and it allowed us, our parents, bridal party and guests to focus on having fun and not the details! Courtney presented us with amazing vision boards, incorporated our personalities and had great suggestions for small touches with big impact. The vendors she suggested were absolutely perfect. It also spoke volumes that she used a lot of them for her own wedding this year too- nothing better than a recommendation from someone who knows the wedding business and trusted these people at her own event. We never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with and honestly their ideas and suggestions probably helped us save money and use our budget most effectively. They knew what to rent vs. buy vs. skip altogether. I completely trusted Courtney to "get" my vision even when I couldn't articulate what I wanted- she's a mindreader. Our entire wedding day I was so calm and I'm so thankful I could enjoy getting ready with the girls without stressing if things other places were going right. When we walked into our reception we were blown away with how incredible it turned out- better than I imagined! I'll forever be grateful for Jenn being the most calming face cueing me and my dad to walk down the aisle and for Courtney always checking in and making sure we were enjoying the day and reception. We were truly able to enjoy our wedding day and spend time with our guests instead of worrying about things! Hire these ladies, you won't regret it!

For all of those brides contemplating whether or not they need a coordinator, and whether they can budget for one… I was right there in your shoes 6 months ago. You will NOT regret going with them – my husband and I both agree, besides food and band, Moore & company was the best spent money; worth every cent. Ariel was as sweet as can be, professional, quick to respond, and always made me feel at ease. It was a huge weight off of my shoulders when I let Ariel take over, coordinating with all of our vendors and helping to pull off an amazing wedding. I know there must have been some hiccups on the big day, but I never knew about them because Ariel had everything covered and always made my husband and I feel at ease. I can't say enough about Rebekah and Courtney! They completely made the final months and day of completely stress free for me. From my first meeting with Rebekah, she knew exactly what I had planned. My Mother even passed away 1 month before my wedding and she offered to do extra things to allow me time to grieve my Mother's passing. My husband and I were recently married at the Liriodendron, and we had Ariel as our day-of planner, alongside Rebekah (and Courtney there for the initial phone call). Ariel, during our initial venue walk-through and meeting, was incredibly organized, was able to calm us down when 1 hour of traffic turned into 3(!!!) hours. She helped create a "Plan C" rain plan and was incredibly professional, friendly, and responded to emails promptly. We hired Moore and Co. right after our daughter's January engagement for her October wedding. From the first meeting Courtney and Rebekah were on top of everything. They kept us on budget, attended to every detail, were always speedy in answering questions and solving problems. They are plugged into wonderful vendors, all of whom came through for us. I left each meeting feeling relieved, happy and excited about the wedding. I never doubted that we were in good hands.

On the day of the wedding all I did was stand back and watch the magic happen. I had no idea how involved they would be in every detail, from set-up to making sure the wedding party had drinks throughout dinner to loading my car when the evening was through and my feet were hurting. At that point I could have kissed them.

On top of all of that they are just really nice people!

Moore & Co was without a doubt the most vital piece of our wedding! I came to them with the idea of doing something slightly less traditional than the average wedding and reception and they were able to not only help organize the day but help me bring my vision to life. They were full of ideas, extremely organized, took the lead, and help me create our wedding that was exactly what we were dreaming of. Even with the threat of severe rain exactly when our outdoor ceremony was supposed to start, they had it so under control that I honestly wasn't even worrie. We were hesitant to hire a coordinator for our wedding, but could not be happier that we did. We chose the "month of" option and it was such a relief to be able to say "here's what I have so far" and then receive endless support on those last minute details. Ariel and Bridget's day of service was impeccable. I was never presented with any issues or decisions and it made the day so enjoyable. I am honestly speechless! I chose the full planning and styling option and am so unbelievably thankful that I did! For the last year, Courtney and Moore and Co. did just about everything! She provided suggestions on vendors (she even got discounts from some of them), kept track of payments and contracts, provided me with vision boards and color schemes, made the wedding day go smoothly and stress-free, and everything in between! Courtney also answered every single text, phone call, and email, calmed every nerve, and took the stress out of wedding planning - she is seriously AMAZING!

The day of the wedding was so easy for me - if there was something stressful going on, I honestly didn't know about it! Not to mention, (I might be biased) it was the most beautiful wedding I'd ever seen! When I first started planning, I had probably thirty different visions of what I wanted our wedding to look and feel like. Somehow, Courtney managed to pull from each vision and some of her own visions and we got one insanely beautiful wedding!

We have used Moore & Co for both of our daughters' weddings. I never knew what went into planning a wedding, There are so many little details. We are so glad we hired Moore & Co. We had Rebekah Thornsett as our planner for both weddings and she did an amazing job!! She took care of things I would never have thought of and made the days very special for our girls. She recommended the best vendors. If we had any questions she was always very prompt with her reply and took so much of the stress off of me and my daughters and they got to really enjoy their day. She made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. I would never want to plan a wedding without her. We love her and Moore & Co so much my husband's company uses them for their Christmas parties.

You have found the best of the best and should stop looking, because you cannot go wrong with Moore & Co. Event Stylists. Kayte, Courtney and their entire staff are knowledgable, respectful, organized, kind, efficient, and everything else you would want your event planner to be. My now husband and I were out of town Bride & Groom for our wedding. We chose to have our Wedding in MD, but we were living in Pittsburgh when we began the planning process. Then about a year from our actual wedding day, we decided to move to Boston. This is when I began my search for coordinators. Since I was well in to the planning process Courtney was honest and told me I only needed to book them for their Day of Coordination package, because I had all my vendors and contracts completed. Then when it came time for our face-to-face meeting to review all our vendors and their contracts, Courtney informed us that we had over booked/overspent with some of our vendors. Then Kayte asked every question possible to know every detail about our day from our ceremony to how we wanted our napkins folded. When people ask "Is there anything you would go back and change?" or "What advice do you have for those just starting the planning process?" I respond "If your venue doesn't offer every detail and a coordinator then hire Moore & CO. Event Stylist. I wish I would of hired them for their entire planning process. It's my one mistake I made." I had no clue we would have to decide how we wanted our napkins folded or the cake should be delivered during cocktail hour. I was amazed how out of all my vendors, Courtney and this company were the only ones interested in saving us money and making sure every detail was perfect. Not many brides and grooms can say "Our wedding day was flawless.", but my husband and I looked at each other on the bus at the end of night and said at the same time "that was flawless and perfect."

I cannot give Moore & Co Event Stylists enough stars! I was hesitant at first to get a planner or coordinator. After I was overwhelmed with details and learning my venue did not provide any day of coordination, I decided to reach out to some Planners. After finding Moore & Co on Wedding Wire, I was impressed by their photos and their site. I reached out and was able to schedule a call very easily. Courtney was amazing and gave me the breakdown of all the different options. They have something for everyone!

I did the month of coordination and am so amazingly lucky and worked with the best wedding planner ever. I went into their studio to get things together. I thought I had an idea that I was pretty lined up and ready for the wedding but Jenn was able to really pull it all together and keep everything on track. She helped me see what else I needed to do and things I had no idea about! We were all set and ready to go about 2 and a half weeks before the big day.

Then- this is why Jenn and Moore & Co saved my life- My venue closed within a month before my wedding!!!! I had no idea what to do or think. Jenn called me at 8 am to tell me its okay and we will find a new place. By noon that same day, she had a spreadsheet of numerous places that have my same date in the same area. I was able to re book a venue within 3 days of finding out my first plan was gone. The most amazing part was through all of this chaos, Jenn really listened to what I was trying to do and through the crazy of re planning everything still kept all of that in tact. I was walking through the new venue with a million things going on and she brought up a preference I had mentioned like 3 weeks before that even I forgot about!

I honestly cannot recommend Jenn or any of the other planners and stylists at Moore & Co enough!! I would not have been able to have the day of my dreams without this team!!

Bridget and Morgan from Moore and Co. did an outstanding job easing my mind and helping me out with my day of wedding details. These two ladies went above and beyond "day of" details and helped me with last minute problems that arose. They made sure that everything ran smoothly and that our wedding was perfect.
There was an issue with a lost pendant, but even after the wedding I know these two did everything they could to help my family and me find it. unfortunately, it was not found, but it was not due to the lack of effort they put forth to finding it.
I HIGHLY recommend EVERY bride talk to a planner. Moore&Co. has so many packages for any level of involvement and help you could possibly need.

My sister has worked with Moore & Co. on several occasions at our farm where we have weddings. When I got engaged, she told me I HAD to meet with them. After meeting with them, I knew right away that I wanted to book them for our “Month Of” coordination. The energy and excitement each of the girls we met with was contagious. They really made the entire last month of the planning process a lot less stressful. A common mistake many brides make is having an aunt or family friend try to do all of the day-off coordination. Don’t put that burden on them – they will not be able to enjoy the wedding! It is well worth hiring a professional! Moore & Co. was so wonderful on the day of our wedding. Everything ran exactly as planned and according to their amazingly detailed timeline. I don’t know how we would’ve pulled everything off without them! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Kyle and I just got married with Rebekah as our planner and we could not have asked for a better day. Since we were planning our wedding from Nashville, TN our parents were communicating with, and meeting with Rebekah more often than we were able to and Rebekah seamlessly blended both of our visions for the big day. She was professional, paid great attention to detail, worked within our budget, and still kept things funny and light. Once Kyle and I got to Maryland there were SO many details and Rebekah and her team were able to help us set up the venue and connect all of the dots with no problems. We have been working with Rebekah for a year and a half planning our wedding and since day one, she has been amazing to work with. We chose to go with the Full Styling & Planning option offered by Moore & Co. Events, and are so happy that we did. There is no way we could have ever created a wedding day that was so organized, beautiful, and most important, stress free for the bridal party. We live in NC and were not very familiar with the area of our wedding, and certainly did not know of any vendors. Rebekah was extremely knowledgeable and diligent about finding the vendors that would be a best fit for us, and we could not have been happier with all of them - they were all outstanding. Rebekah was their point of contact and handled all of their questions and concerns. Rebekah was very detail oriented and the design of the entire wedding came out more beautiful than we could have imagined. Rebekah was always available to answer emails or calls, and really made wedding planning as stress free and fun as it could be. There was never a problem that Rebekah didn't handle in a timely and professional manner. Courtney was absolutely wonderful!! Our wedding planning experience was made so much easier because of all the contacts and resources she had. We had our wedding at my parent's house so we had to do everything- decor, tent, seating, lighting, DJ, catering, etc. Courtney knew exactly who to contact, how much they were, & which vendors were best. She also made herself available to meet often and really catered to us. On the day of the wedding, Courtney knew how to keep the day on track and well-organized. Any issues that arose, Courtney took care of without even letting us realize there was a problem (our photobooth person showed up 2.5 hours late). Everything was so smooth. A lot of my friends and family will be getting married/engaged soon and I will be referring them to Moore & Co. for sure!

We had the most amazing wedding and it couldn't have been done without Rebekah from Moore & Co. Events! I knew that I didn't have to worry about a single detail, we could have fun and enjoy our friends and family because Rebekah had everything under control. We were even thrown for a loop with the Baltimore City riots and curfew, but Rebekah handled it like a true professional and made sure our wedding was exactly how it was supposed to be. We used Moore & Co. events for wedding planning and design and the wedding turned out exactly how we wanted it; BEAUTIFUL!!! The design was flawless and sophisticated and Rebekah always had such great ideas! Planning a wedding is so much work and they make it possible and enjoyable. If you are planning a wedding, don't waist a minute trying to do everything yourself, hire them, it was the best thing I did!

Wow, where can I start with the wonderful service Courtney and the other ladies at Moore & Co Events provided for me? I opted for the full planning and styling package (there are a number of packages depending on your needs and budget) about a year out. Courtney gave me vendor suggestions, communicated with all the vendors on my behalf, kept track of the contracts, provided me advice that extended to all facets of the wedding planning process, and held my hand through the whole thing.

Above and beyond that, she also styled the entire wedding based on a vision that rested entirely in my head. The exquisite attention to detail and seamless coordination was worth far more than what I paid M&C. I had a wedding that was extremely detailed, required coordination of a lot of vendors in a semi-public place (National Aquarium), while the public was still in the aquarium. The final result was stunning. We have had multiple comments of "best wedding ever" and people are still commenting on how beautiful everything was.

Nothing ever goes perfectly, but Courtney and her team worked on the fly to ensure that anything that came up was handled with little to no stress to me. She responded almost always within 24-48 hours (much more often as we got closer to the date). And for those of you who are worried that a planner will take over, that is absolutely not true. M&C enhanced my vision beyond what I was even capable of imagining and worked with many vendors to keep prices reasonable and within budget. M&C was my number one investment in our wedding and it was absolutely worthwhile. Definitely recommend!

I can't even begin to think what planning my wedding would have been like without Courtney from Moore & Co. I was hesitant to set aside part of my budget for a planner, given that I think of myself as a pretty organized person who could handle all the planning myself.

But as soon as we started working with Courtney, it was immediately evident that she was well worth it. We decided to go with the "Full Planning" package, meaning she'd help find, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage all the vendors and timelines from the beginning to end, leaving all the "event styling" to me. She helped us work within our budget, finding us amazing vendors and deals I know I couldn't have found or negotiated without her. After understanding what our priorities were and what we were looking for, she brought potential vendors and venues to me, we figured out which I wanted, and then she went back and negotiated a contract for me. It was almost too easy. Additionally, given all the added stress that comes with planning a wedding, she helped me stay on top of the timelines with helpful reminders about what we needed to accomplish each month. And every time I emailed her a question (which was incredibly often over the 14 months of planning), she was very responsive and helpful.

On top of it all, Courtney was just a pleasure to work with. I couldn't more highly recommend Moore & Co.

I am a bride that is lucky enough to say my wedding day was absolutely perfect! Not one thing went wrong, at least that I knew about, and I truly believe that I have my day-of-coordinator and team from Moore & Co. to thank for that. My husband and I very detail oriented (or anal) people who wanted to transform Swan Harbor Farm into a fall festival. We had a lot of details, 7 pages to be exact, and a very long day, but our team from Moore & Co., executed everything happily and perfectly. We had a specific vision of what we wanted and they helped it come to life. Offering the day-of-service (which is really month-long) is a great value and helpful for the couples who want to do the planning, or maybe cannot afford full wedding planning services, but don’t want the day-of-stress of all the vendors coming to them for answers or with problems. Having a day-of-coordinator is a small price to pay for a wonderful wedding day, and I would highly recommend Moore & Co. They were extremely professional, responsive, attentive to our needs, and think of all those little details a bride and groom would never, ever think of. They were just priceless!

Our team was on-site at 12:30 when pictures and deliveries started, until the last bus load of guest left the venue at 10:30pm, and we did not have to worry about a thing! The team knew exactly what needed to be done and when, they were always in touch with the DJ and caterer to confirm everything was on time, they also helped the bridal party by keeping them on track and telling them where to be and when for the pictures, the ceremony, and the reception introductions. If there were questions, my coordinator fielded them and if it was something she could not answer, only at that point did she come to us, and I think that only happened one time. Anything I needed, I just hollered out and one of the team members was there in heartbeat.

Moore and Co. Provided Impeccable service and a wonderful team of people who truly care about you and your wedding. Bridget helped me pick out my gown at K and B and never made me feel rushed or pressured in any way to make a decision or push a sale. Randi helped me design custom jewelry based on an antique piece of jewelry from my great great grandmother. Her creativity brought to life 3 gorgeous unique pieces that were made just for me. Courtney is so sweet with a great sense of style. We hired her for a hybrid type package of planner and style. My family was a little reluctant to spend $ on a planner at first, but by the end it was so worth it. She handled all contracts, follow up, budget, and introduced us to a lot of vendors. She made things really easy. A lot of their connections are in Bel Air, where they are located, which was somewhat inconvenient for me since I live so far away, but Courtney had no problem coming closer to us for meetings. She was also very accommodating when we decided to use alternative vendors than the ones they typically work closely with. She made certain things so easy for us to the point where we didn't have to research, have any sort of communication or worry about negotiating contracts. She just got it done, like magic, and it was beautiful. She also caught a few details in contracts and ended up keeping us under budget- which is always a great thing. So many little things I can say about Courtney- she is great. And on the day of our wedding the other members of Moore & Co were there to see things went smoothly. It's nice that they are a team. We chose the month of planning option and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout wedding planning. I was skeptical when the idea was presented to me because I like to be in control. My husband really did not think this was for us, until he met Rebekah and other staff from Moore & Co. We were blow away by their professionalism and willingness to make our day perfect. They contacted and coordinated all of our venders so everyone was on the same page. I never thought I would be someone that hired a wedding coordinator, but I realized a few months into my engagement that I could not handle planning the entire wedding. I found Moore & Co. through K & B bridal, where I got my wedding dress, to do the styling/day of coordination, which was probably the best decision I made. Rebekah kept me on track in the months leading up to the wedding and answered all of the many emails I sent her. She came up with the most interesting and beautiful ideas for the escort cards, table decorations, and the chuppah (we received many compliments on the design of the wedding). She also provided great recommendations for other vendors. She made sure to meet the caterer and us at the venue before the wedding to ensure that everything would run smoothly. She came up with a realistic timeline for the wedding day and made sure we were on time for everything. We could not have pulled off such a beautiful and wonderful wedding without Moore & Co.!

When we met with the design team at Moore & Co. we felt confident that they would be able to help us transform the drab, bare, barn that we had rented for our wedding venue, into the reception area of our dreams. Sure enough, when it all came together, the finished product looked like something from a magazine. They were instrumental in helping us chose the vendors that would work best for our budget and even did most of the "dirty work", like answering emails, getting price quotes, setting up contracts, etc. It was nice having a trusted professional on our side to give us ideas and suggestions. They even were able to take care of figuring out specific measurements, creating a supply list, and designing a floor plan and layout to meet our needs. These guys will "roll up their sleeves" and do whatever it takes to make your vision a reality.

My experience with Moore & Co started at K&B Bridal where I purchased my dress. I then decided to get the tuxes there, bridesmaids dresses and then added the event planning. Rebekah was our planner and Courtney assisted her the day of. My entire experience was wonderful. My dream wedding was achieved only because of the work these girls did. We found our way to Moore & Co. through K & B Bridals. This pair truly is a one-stop wedding shop! My wife had her dress altered, the bridesmaids got their dresses, the grooms got their tuxes and the flower girl also found a dress there. So naturally, when we decided to have a day-of coordinator, we we chose them. From our first meeting with Rebekah, we just knew that our special day would go according to plan. Rebekah brought a strong level of organization, creativity and experience to the table. We had already planned alot of our DIY wedding, but she was able to think of things that we hadn't and solve problems that had us stumped. Rebekah also helped to focus and calm us as the big day approached. On our wedding day, we were very comfortable. Rebekah had familiarized herself with our other vendors and the venue. So all we really had to do was show up and have fun. We stayed on schedule, but never felt rushed. She even was quick to act when the wedding dress got stained. Rebekah was able to carefully remove the stain and the party carried on! At the end of the night and for weeks afterward, we couldn't help thinking that we couldn't have done it without Rebekah and Moore & Co. I would highly recommend that anyone use Moore & Co. for their event!

My husband and I worked with Courtney from Moore & Co to plan our backyard wedding in Churchville, Maryland. When beginning to plan, we knew it would be a challenge because we are currently living in Guam, on the other side of the world. Courtney and her team helped tremendously by coordinating all of the vendors and making sure that they fit the wedding vision that we had in mind. Throughout the planning period, we felt at ease. Courtney and her team were in constant communication through email and even skyped with us at odd hours, due to a 14 hour time difference. It was clear that they really cared. Our special day was absolutely beautiful and went off without a hitch. Thanks Courtney and Moore & Co!!

Moore & Co. Event Stylists were extremely helpful for our big day! They had wonderful ideas and met with us several times to help keep everything on track. They also recommended vendors that were so wonderfully fantastic that they are now friends of ours! This group is very personal and professional! We had a great time planning the wedding with them. You will not be disappointed if you decide to have them help plan your big day!

I wasn't the type of bride who has tons of big ideas and dreams about her wedding day, so the prospect of planning a Baltimore wedding from the West Coast was daunting and completely overwhelming! Working with Rebekah from Moore and Co. was a lifesaver. She is so thorough, creative, and detail oriented that I can say the wedding planning process was almost stress free! I knew I was in very capable hands and I can guarantee that there's absolutely no way I could have planned an event that even came close to my beautiful day. The day went by without a single hitch, I truly enjoyed my wedding day thanks to Rebekah and her team, and my guests are still calling it the "best wedding ever". Wonderful event. All I had hoped for and more. Excellent commiunicatons, kept me posted . give me lot of options. They made this special birthday very special. Several friends contacted me after the event to say how much fun it was and how wonderful it was.

Courtney was my wedding planner and she was amazing! She was so helpful with everything including the budget, design, booking vendors and logistics of the actual day. I keep saying the best money I spent was on a planner and still stick by that after the wedding is over. They made the process less stressful and have tons of suggestions and ideas to offer. She also helped follow up on a couple of refunds for other vendor errors after the big day. Overall was really pleased with their planning services!

Best investment made for our special day!!! Moore and Co. brought my dream wedding to life. Lauren understood my vision from the start and helped me every step of the way! It rained all day on our wedding day and which changed my outdoor cocktail our to an indoor...Moore and Co. handled every detail and I didn't have to stress or make one decision! The day was perfect!!!

I was a highly organized bride. I knew what I wanted,I am very detailed- oriented and I probably over-communicated all the details to my coordinators Courtney and Morgan. When I walked into my venue I near about cried, the entire room looked EXACTLY how I had imagined it. I had a very long engagement and one of the things I had been looked most forward to is seeing the big picture that all the little details I had been planning in my head had made up. I did just day of wedding coordinating. Courtney and Morgan were great! I had one minor critiques, the first was responsiveness. I felt sometimes it was difficult to get a hold of them. The only other critique was that our photographer acted like she hadn't known she was to coordinate the first look, I told her that the day of, and I had thought the coordinators had conveyed all that to her, because that was what the coordinator conveyed to me. Also, I don't think I made the coordinators aware that for several members of our bridal party this was the first wedding they had been in, so the groomsmen weren't aware they had to usher people to their seat. So that seemed a little disorganized. Overall, Courtney and Morgan were great, my night was unforgettable thanks you them!

Beautiful wedding!!

Courtney and Jen were amazing to work with! They handled everything so smoothly, especially when it came to planning around the weather. I felt totally taken care of. And the decor—wow. Everything looked beautiful and fit the vibe perfectly. Our guests kept saying how great everything looked. So grateful for them making the day feel so easy and special!

Courtney of Moore & Co. is great! She was fun to work with and our wedding day ran very smoothly. She has great contacts and vendors in all price ranges and she is very respectful and mindful of your budget, which was important to me. I would highly recommend her to other brides in the Maryland area.
