The main hall, Leir Hall, offers a spectacular, three-story room with a dramatic skylight, large stage, and state-of-the-art AV equipment. Cocktail parties are held in Lehman Court, offering full access to the museum's prolific galleries. And if you’d like to get married outdoors, the South Mountain Front Lawn makes a lovely spot for a ceremony.

The museum is the perfect setting for a ceremony and reception. Mari D'Alessandro was extremely helpful and easy to work with from beginning to end. Glenn who handled audio visual was awesome. Definitely the right choice for our special day.Sent on 10/06/2018

The staff at the museum was outstanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We had a wedding of 85 people and the museum as the perfect size for our party. Everyone loved that they were able to go through the gallery as part of the reception. Glenn was extremely helpful in helping us with a lot of our visual needs and really helped to transform the space. We cant thank him and staff enough.Sent on 09/23/2017

My only word of advice to any of those thinking of book this venue is that it is a museum. I chose to have my ceremony at a museum because I majored in fine arts and minored in art history and that is where I met my husband.
There are a lot of restrictions that come with this venue due to the fact it is a museum first (a sentiment the staff stressed to me). If you are willing to work with the employees and collaborate with them on what is/isn't allowed, then this is an amazing space. The rentals staff at MAM did the best to their abilities to make my wedding a success :)
