My husband and I are so thankful we found Monica! She made our wedding day absolutely perfect. She's organized, super responsive, and has such great energy. From first outreach and initial phone call, to post-wedding follow up, she was a true professional who made the process easy and fun! She's very flexible on how you'd prefer to collaborate, for example she jumped right into the Google doc I shared with her, making notes and asking all the right questions about my vision. She also did an amazing job managing the run-through of the ceremony at our rehearsal dinner with our very large wedding party (which was basically like herding cats!). On our wedding day she arrived promptly, set up everything beautifully with little direction, managed all our vendors, made the timeline flow perfectly, and most importantly, made sure all of our guests were having a great time! She did an awesome job, and our friends and family absolutely LOVED her. Seriously if you're looking for someone you can trust to manage your wedding day so that you can just relax and enjoy all the special moments, Monica is your person. We are truly grateful for her!!

Monica was an amazing day-of coordinator. Our venue, a museum, closes to the public at 5pm, which left very little time to prepare for our 6pm wedding. We were impressed by how quickly she set up our decor and how smoothly the day ran. I can't imagine how we could've pulled the wedding off without her!

Monica was seriously soooo helpful in making our wedding a success!! We had a DIY venue, and Monica's experience was imperative to executing our event smoothly. Monica was incredibly engaged throughout the planning process of our wedding, wanting to understand our wedding vision and communication style so she could have a solid foundation going into the day of the wedding. We had 2 ceremonies and she stayed on top of all of the logistical details, vendors, and family members.

Our regular brainstorming sessions were full of creativity and Monica would always take initiative in making our values, ideas, desires, themes, and goals a priority in every step of her coordination. She would always bring to the table complementary ideas from her loads of event planning experiences. She was hands-on when ordering supplies, helping us make personalized handmade giveaways, creating lovely signage with her calligraphy, décor preparations and supported us tremendously when doing the night before the reception décor set-up. Of course, not to mention the day of coordination! She knew our wedding day and set-up like the back of her hand. She ensured that the day of the program was smooth, on point and worry-free for the bride and groom.
