DJ Dave was our DJ for both our ceremony and reception. Throughout the entire planning process, it was always so easy to communicate with Dave, whether it was over email or phone, you will not be worried about getting a hold of him with any questions you may have.

Also, you are able to go through and pick specific songs you would like to have in your reception playlist, which I thought was kinda cool.

But let me tell you, from a bride thinking we could get away with having an ipod set up to help save on costs. The purchase of having a DJ for your wedding, is something that proved to be way more important than I thought it would be. A good DJ will be able to change up the song set based on the mood of your guests and how the overall vibe is of your reception. They are also able to make announcements during the evening like which table can go through the buffet line to help with crowd control and other important announcements such as first dance and cake cutting.

Mobile sound Ent. has been around for 20+ years and you will not be disappointed with their service, they also have very competitive prices that will not break your budget.

I love Dave at Mobile Sound. He gave me such a great deal... and he did such a good job. Not having a good dj could really ruin a wedding, he was so nice and easy to work with. He helped with any announcements we needed. Very professional. Great price!! He even let my daughter help out behind the turn table which she absolutely loved. I would recommend mobile sound to anyone that wants a great dj. They had a great selection of music, every song that was requested got played. If I ever need a dj for anything there is no doubt in my mind that this is where I would go. I would have paid four times the price even to have Dave do my wedding, the value is a bonus. Dave and his staff were wonderful to work with! Dave was very responsive to my emails and had clear answers to my questions. We rented our dance floor from them as well, as saved a lot of money then if were to rent it though the rental company we used. Mobile Sound Entertainment uses an internet based planning program that was great. We were able to pick the songs we really wanted to hear, as well as the songs we really did not want to hear. Our DJ for the wedding day was great too, he was very involved with the wedding, and was more than happy to take guest requests. Mobile Sound Entertainment provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and dancing. All of the music was perfect for the situation, and the DJ did a really good job at reading the crowds energy and playing the right music when energy got low.

I liked the flexiblilty of being able to pick all my own music, and plan everything out. communication was not 100%, but the day of the event ran very smoothly, and the DJ did a wonderful job

We were kind of happy with Mobile sound Entertainment for our wedding DJ, However all business was done over the phone which in turn I think made the quality a little less. Our wedding was on a very hot summer day so I asked out of curiosity if they had tents for the DJ and I wanted to make sure they weren't tacky. The gentlemen on the phone said that since it was a busy season that they might not have a tent and then proceeded to ask us to provide one!! So we ended up renting a tent for him because we were afraid that the DJ would be too hot to perform quality service! Our DJ was unfamiliar with the music we asked for (Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz etc.) very common songs played at weddings. He stated upfront that he usually DJs country events which made me nervous because I didn’t want much country played. Thankfully he understood that. At the end of our ceremony we wanted a song played while we walked back up the aisle; it didn’t get played until we were over half way back up. He played a lot of group dances which we don’t like. After the first one we asked for no more and he continued to play them! He told me that I needed to get out more and that those dances were what is played when you go out. I thought that was distasteful and since we paid over $600.00 for the service it seemed really unprofessional. At the end of the evening he went around and asked some guests to help him pack up his equipment.... what did we pay him to do again??
