I did a lot of research to find the perfect caterer, and Darlene fit our needs 100%! We were looking for a very custom menu and Darlene was so incredibly flexible and made sure she did everything she could to make our menu perfect AND within budget! We met her at her house to go over the menu items and she even gave us a tour of her catering room and showed exactly what she would be doing and using to prep and make our food. Throughout this whole process Darlene was so responsive to all my emails and went above and beyond to give us the menu we wanted.

I had her create french-canadian/Italian food and she nailed it! I even provided her with our family recipe for pork pie "tortiere" and my Canadian family was going up for seconds! The food was great!

Darlene also made the cupcakes and a small cutting cake for us. Both were extremely moist and delicious! We didn't have many leftovers and what we did have, was eaten at the after party!

I would absolutely recommend Darlene at MLC catering! I would even use Darlene again for future events that we have in the future!
