Our cake was beautiful and delicious! We got a white cake with layers of strawberry mouse with a sweet cream frosting. Michelle warned me about the large possibility that the purple dye would change color in that frosting, so she did our lacy design in buttercream and it worked beautifully! Michelle works personally with you and is affordable to use. Because it is a very small place, for samples, you pick a couple flavors and she boxes the slices for you to take with you - this adds the bonus of being able to share with others.
