Chef Michael created the most amazing wedding cake I've ever seen, with layers of Clichy (Opera Cake), wrapped in buttercream and ganache, with sculpted chocolate roses. It was AMAZING. Thank you so much Chef!

Absolutely horrible! Chef Michael is a scam! He is a horror to work with, completely unprofessional and treats his client like crap. Once he has your money, you will be ignored, chewed at for calling him, and cursed at. I am completely shocked at this vendors behavior. I should have know by the red flags of a "world renowned" pastry chef having to resort to selling his goods at flea markets. He is a total scam! Run away! Not to mention the fact that he is actually physically aggressive. Throwing pans during our consultation, slamming the table and actually punching my mom in the arm. I cannot make this stuff up if I tried. Do not use chef Michael Ostrander from Michaels Extraordinary Desserts!
