Cake tasted excellent, looked beautiful!

Our wedding cake was a 3 tiered cake. It was a vanilla butter cream cake. It was awesome.

Michael's delivered a very nice cake that was to our exact specifications. It was wonderful, but we ran into some issues when dealing with the company. They were not very prompt about scheduling appointments for a tasting (and someone we spoke to got very annoyed when we had to cancel our first appointment with 48 hours notice due to a scheduling conflict) and also needed to have their hand held to connect with the wedding planner the day before the wedding. A week before, when we spoke to them to confirm everything, they also tried to talk us into cupcakes instead, which I found pretty improper (and the question had already been answered at the tasting). Overall, they design beautiful cakes that taste wonderful and I would use them again, but they could have shown more initiative on the service end.
