Mike was absolutely incredible. We asked Mike to take both our engagement photos and the wedding photos. Both sessions were easy-going, flexible, creative, perfectly captured me and my husband’s relationship and personalities as well as the breathing taking Hill Country sunsets at our unique venue. They were filled with laughs, a ton of fun, and produced some truly magical photos. Mike is a wonderful marriage of professionalism and genuine friendliness. He always arrives early, has a game plan, and is a wizard with lighting /all fancy-photography-things. We received edited previews very promptly from both sessions and then all of the photos shortly afterwards without any problems. Mike and his team were able to capture all of the small details that we put into our wedding day and also snapped some truly incredible photos of not only my husband and myself, but all of our guests, and the pulsating joy of our wedding day. We booked Michael Reed off our venue suggestion, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made! Mike did our engagement photos out at our house and my husband who probably like many are not into all the photography actually loved the session! Mike is talented and knows what he's doing professionally but also is very personable ! He is worth so much more that his prices! So it was no question we had him capture our Rehearsal Dinner and our Wedding. He is very real and honest and creative and has been doing this for a long time and is very skilled! I only wish the Wedding Day lasted longer so we could take more pics!! (Meanwhile between him and assistant that helped the day of our wedding, they had over 2000 photos!) Mr Reed was hired to photogragh our parents 55th wedding anniversary which was held in our local community center. Mr Reed arrived early to check the lighting and set up his equipment. He moved throughout the hall checking advantage points and again checking out the lighting. If an area required more lighting he set up the proper equipment without taking away from the decorated hall. He was prepared to photogragh before the event began. As people began arriving he went to work. He photograghed the entire event from start to finish without really being noticed. Once the event was over he took his equipment down and left. We found Mr Reed to be very professional and accomodating.

Michael Reed Weddings photographed my son's wedding. I may be a little biased but the photos were the best photos I've ever seen of a wedding. Mike had a multitude of great ideas, yet he still had an eye for impromptu photos throughout the evening. Every photo was perfect and not a single event seemed to be missing from the album.
