Michael Calico Jewelers - Very Satisfied Bride
We went to Michael Calico Jewelers in Kenwood because they are one of the few jewelers in Cincinnati to carry Mark Schneider designs.
I fell in love with the 'Laurel' engagement/wedding ring set while shopping online during the planning period.
My husband had given me a solitare diamond with a plain, white gold band for the engagement. And, I wanted to upgrade to a set prior to the wedding.
The jeweler had several other Mark Schneider rings on display at his store, but not the one I wanted. I worked directly with Michael Calico to get a sample of the design that I was interested in. Once we decided on the design, we were able to have my diamond transferred to the set. But, it was not a simple transition: the base where the diamond sits broke. So, Michael had to send the entire set to California and worked directly with Mark Schneider's staff to make sure that my ring was perfect and returned to OH the weekend prior to the wedding. Whew!
Not a huge selection. But, Mark Schneider designs are incredible. And, I can't say enough about the great customer service we got from Mr. Calico and his team!!
